Calls, no one answers.

Automated caller leaving message on answering machine, that by listening and not hanging up I verify that I am "____".  I thought that collectors were held to a certain level of privacy requirements.  They have no idea who is answering that call, and evidently don't care.

I called them back and found out the company is called Monarch Recovery. I told them I wasn't the person they were looking for and that I had asked them to take my number off their list before. Also I told them that I have registered my number with the National Do Not Call Registry and if they call again I will file a complaint. Let us wait to see if they do stop calling.

I've gotten numerous calls from these turds at all hours of the day. Usually I don't answer, but today when they called, I did. Having worked in customer service, I always try to be pleasant to clerks and phone workers, but today I went ballistic. I told them to quit calling me. The Indian or Pakistani man on the other end kept trying to speak and finally I told him to shut the hell up and listen. He tried to speak again, I repeated my "shut up" instructions, told him to never call my number again, and hung up. We shall see if they call again.
