i keep getting the call from this number and its apria health care.  
but ive had the credit card call from another number several times also and i told them to send me paperwork because the a** holes talk so damn fast and they charged over 400 dollars on my credit card and started sending me s**t. very pissed.  wish someone would arrest these bastards!!

keeps calling me at work but when I try to answer they hang up. have had many of these calls and it's starting to get really annoying!

Anonymous - 17 Dec 2008 must work for the scammers. Anyone who has my credit card info without me giving it to them is not trustworthy, obviously. I had cancelled the credit card they had almost a year ago because the card number was compromised. They still call wanting to charge to the same card. They won't tell me how they got my credit card information either.

They have called me 4 times today I don't know what they want because they hang up.  I'm very anoyed becasue its on my cell phone.  I really want them to stop.

Same complaints as everyone one else but would like to know how to end this madness.
I would very much like to sue this company because I feel like I am being harrassed.

I receive a call from this number nearly every morning at around 9:30 am.  When I answer they never respond and when I try to call back, I get a busy signal.

They call me every single day every time i say hello they hang up until one day i stayed quite, and held on the line, than a mans voice stated hello is james w**** there... He knew my last name, i said who is this than they hung up.. i was creeped out

Calls 3-5 times a day. I never pick up. Still anoying.

First started with saying some credit card rate crap. Asked many times to be removed and that I'm on that national do not call list. Last night I asked for a manager to place a formal complaint and the person hung up on me. Since than I keep receiving phone calls that disconnect/hangup once I answer or never leave a message. If it doesn't stop soon I am going to place a police report for harassment.

I get calls from this number about 5 times a day. When I do pick up it usually just hangs up, but not today. The girl went on and on about her thing then I said I was at work and wasnt able to  talk. She said it takes two minutes. You dont have two minutes? I said no I dont. she asked me for a better time to call and I said after 6 then she said so you dont have two minutes? and I said no she said but this is a timed recording and I said I didnt care and I was AT WORK. Then she asked again and I said I just wasnt interested and she said, and I quote " well then dont tell me call back B***H" WTF dude? who trains these people? first they arrass you then call you named on the phone? I can't find a number to call and complain so this is better than nothing.

These people are running a variety of scams, from phishing for account numbers to charging your account for things you didn't want and never received.

The outfit calling from this number can bypass call-block, and they ignore the do-not-call list. They have hidden themselves well.  Finding out who is responsible would be costly and consuming.  There are literally thousands of complaints against them, but the agencies that are supposed to police them are either unable or unwilling to shut them down.

People, we need to band together and take action! I am a witch - a member of a coven in the San Diego region.  I know that most of you are not witches, but I urge you to deal with these callers as I and my comrades do.

Tell the caller that you and your coven have taken them on.  Your coven's project is to shut them down and repay them for the trouble they have caused others. What they are doing is illegal - but casting spells is not! You and your friends are conducting a ritual called the "karmic audit", and the powers you call upon will judge the caller.  If they find that the caller causes their fellow human beings more misery than blessing, then those powers will repay that misery upon the caller tenfold.

We are quite serious about this.  I call upon you to pass this message along to the callers, even if you do not believe in what we are doing. You can put fear into the hearts of these greedy, conscienceless persons, and maybe even get one mor two of them to quit and seek honest work.

These people were charging money on my card for over a month.. I got a new card and they've called me at like 16 times in the past 2 weeks. When will this stop?

They call me ALL the time.  They used to call and hang up as soon as I answered.  Recently, they have actually responded and tried to enroll me in a monthly service program; they even have my credit card number.  The last time they called, a lady started speaking and I asked her to stop calling me because I'm on the national do not call list and I've asked several times to stop calling b/c I wasnt interested in the service.  She started yelling back at me telling me I was rude, and that my behavior was unacceptable?!  As if calling me 6 times a day after I've asked for them to stop, is acceptable.

This number has been calling me for 2-3 weeks. Most of the time the line is dead when I pick it up. I know it is a scam because my credit card has been cancelled and they still want that card number. They have the last four digits of an expired card. They want to give me rewards - like a bill for nothing. I told the last guy who answered that the call was "all wrong". I am on a do not call list so they are in violation of that. From now on I will not answer and let it go to my answering machine as I have caller ID.

Same as everyone else. Calls SEVERAL times a day for past month. Doesn't even ring long enough to answer. Companies like this are blood-sucking scum, scam artists. F**k off. I hope they all die.

After many hangups, woman verified name and hung up.  Been calling for 1 week multiple times early am and all day.  In the past, either not leaving a message if I don't answer or hangs up after greeting.

Getting calls from this, and other numbers recently.  I thought the do not call list would work for me.  I told them to take me off there list several times and still calling me.  It has been about one month since the barrage of calls from the first bunch but started back up today with two calls.  I don't know how to stop these people, I am not interested at all in spending an extra penny on anything, let a lone a scam!!!

Called multiple times today and mostly hung up on me as soon as I answered.  Once a person was there and said she was with Chase and identified my address (i.e. she already knew it) and wanted to send me something.  As soon as I started to say "Ma'am, you've called me..." she hung up.

Called 7 times in the past 24 hours after telling them several that I am not interested and to please stop calling.

they called me today a number of times... i picked up the second time and he said "James?". I said "yes" and he said "F*** You " and hung up. Since then he has called 3 more times which I havn't been able to answer.

those of u guys that are getting these calls and there is no answer its because its on a computer automated system once u sometimes it u pick up the phone before the call gets directed to the person calling you. AND ITS NOT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY CALLING YOU. THEY ARE GOING TO OFFER YOU GIFTS IN EXCHANGE FOR U TAKING A LOOK AT A COUPLE OF PROGRAMS ON A 10 DAY TRIAL BASIS. IF ITS SOMETHING THAT U ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU CAN CALL AND CANCEL THE ONLY THING THAT YOU WILL EVER PAY IS A SMALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. ITS DEFINATELY WORTH IT AND IS NOT A SCAM. YES THE PHONE CALLS MAY GET ANNOYING BUT ITS NOT SOMEONE SITTING THERE CALLING YOUR NUMBER. ITS A COMPUTER. THEN IT CONNECTS YOU WITH A LIVE OPERATOR.

I get the same thing "calling about your card ending in XXXX...

How do I get them to stop?  I ask to be taken off of any list and they just hang up.

Called said I am in good standing with credit card company and would be getting gift card from walmart $150... spoke quickly when I asked her if I would have to send back or be charged I quickly said I am not interested but she hung up. I am also on National Do not call registry. Help!

They called about 8:30 pm.  They said something about my VISA credit card ending with the 4 digits of ****.  I said that I do not have a VISA credit card.  There was an immediate click and a dead line.

I dialed *69 which gave me the number.  I then called it back and it was busy.

Yeah, I've just started receiving these calls on my personal cell phone.  No messages/voicemail was left.  Today is the second day of calls, maybe 3 times a day.  I haven't picked up once and thanks to this website, I won't be picking up at all.

These people are horrible. The first time they called me I was stupid and I signed up, I did all the things they asked me too. They sent me crap in the mail a few weeks later and I immediately called to cancel. They never charged my account though. But I do think they were involved with this other scam I fell into, the Acai Berry Power 500 scam where they give out your credit card number to everyone. Well I've had that card canceled and shredded since then. They still call me. Someone always talks to me. Once I argued with her and she was VERY persistent "Maralee, you don't want free gas? Why don't you want free groceries? Why do you hate free things?" And last night they called me and I cussed the guy out. He told me that I sounded "hot" when I cussed. No joke! I could not make this crap up. So they called me today around 1:45. I calmly asked for her name, she said "Kim". I asked for her I.D. number because I want to report her. She immediately hung up.

I want to sue this company for sexual harassment. How DARE you call me and continue to tell me that my voice is "hot" when you work for a harassing phone company and you refuse to STOP?

Calling my cell phone for the past 2 days, more than once a day.  When I answer, after about 5 second it disconnects.  Attempts to call back to tell them to stop calling are met with busy singles.
