i have been getting these calls for weeks every day. I DO NOT HAVE SPRINT. they leave no message.

About once a day for a couple of months now I've gotten a call from this number and those times that I decided to answer it there was nothing on the other end.  It happened just a few minutes ago and I've looked this number up but I'm not sure were it originates.

When this number called me it was a chick from verizon that asked for travis... except im bob, not travis . and i don't have a verizon phone, or a sprint/nextel phone.

I have received many calls from this number and they do not leave a message. I suspect it is telemarketing and I have signed up for NO TELEMARKETING CALLS!

They knew my phone brand, how many minutes I have and how much I pay for my plan. If it is a scam, is Sprint selling my personal information??? The caller was quick to sell her pitch, after I asked her whether it is really Spring and after I heard her saying that I will need to sign up for another 3 years with Sprint!! Thanks but no thanks!! I have been trying to get rid of Sprint for years...

The number has been calling me every day, sometimes late at night until I picked up today out of curiousity, I had no clue... No voicemails.

Receive multiple calls per day from this number - I called them back - recorded who I spoke with time and date and requested that they remove me from their list of callers - should they fail to do this - they can be in big trouble after you have requested this - the next step is to file a complaint if the calls continue with the Attny General's office for harassment.

I received this call on my cell #.

I also received a call with what sounded like an "out of area" noise. I will also no longer be a Sprint customer as soon as my commitment is up.

Just got this call on my cell and since I was near a computer, I googled it and found this thread. I never answer calls from anyone I do not know.

Now I believe Sprint sold my information to this spammer. I will transfer the service to other carier after with Sprint.

I constantly get calls from 866-463-3021 on my Cell Phone they are very anoying. The call is always ended before I can pick it up.  I do not care who it is from I would like to find a way of bolcking that number on my Cell Phone.

This phone number has called my Sprint cell and home phone. I did not answer it as I did not recognize the number. Two part question-who is calling and how do I stop them??

I have Sprint too and received this call today. Of course they are gonna try to spam...their stocks are dropping. It's either they get more money or they lose their job.

I got one such call today. I text'd' an "S" to 866-463-3021.  Hope that works.

I have had a calls from a Calvary collection agency also in the past, looking for someone that did not live here. Apparently sprint sells their old past due accounts to collection agencies and they like to call me. Now this number is calling me also, I am dropping sprint in less than 6 months, I can not wait.

just received a call on my sprint pcs cell phone. didn't recognize it so i didn't pick up.  searched for the number and found this site.  I took someone's advice and texted S.  hope they don't call back.

I see I'm not alone ... that's a shame Sprint used to a credible firm, I've been with them for years ... seems when Nextel got involved last year, I noticed the customer care begin to fail ... appears to be continuing

There used to be an office line for the Chairman of the Co on google ... people say it doesn't work ... I called last summer, left a vm and got two calls back from people working for him ... ;] not sure if it's still up ... good luck and appreciate your input here ...

This is crazy I haven't anwsered any of the calls. I'm not sure what I'm going to do my whole family uses Sprint I would hate to have to change companies beacause of this crap.

Call Sprint's ACTUAL Fraud Dept. at 888-788-0788 and report these a-holes like I did.

This seems like a scam. When you call the number from a non-cell phone it just repeats the same message about upgrading lines that previous people have said here and to press 6 if you don't want the upgrade. How would they even know who I am if I'm calling from a different phone than my cell? They have to be scamming people! Just block the number from your phone.

You can add your cell phone number to the "do not call" list.

Just got a call form this number..When I answered, thye said NOTHING. if this is indeed Sprint/Nextel why dont they just call the cell phone # that I have with them? I think it is a scam, and it will be reported!

People! If you are getting these calls on your cell, put the number in your blocked number list. To do this:

Go to Settings and choose Security. There should be an option called Select or Selective Call Blocking. Add the number there.

My fiance and I share a plan with Sprint. I got a lot of calls from this number when I got my new phone, but they died off after a while. Last night he upgraded his phone and now I am getting calls again. If it isn't Sprint, whoever it is apparently has access to any recent activity going on in Sprint customer's accounts. Seems like too much of a coincidence to me.

I answered this call and it was a woman with broken english from the Philippines.  I am on a shared plan and do not have the authority to make any decisions on this account.  Even after saying I'm on a shared account and do not have the authority to make any decisions, they kept thinking i was the account holder.  Then they asked me what number they should call.  I told them, if you're sprint, then you know what number to call.

Do not answer this call.  It's just a sales call.  I asked them to take my number off their list but they still call.

I get them daily....I also have asked them to put it in their computer under my acct# NOT to call....they call anyway

I have been recieving calls as well, every other day or so for weeks now!! It will call around five to eight times in a row, and leaves either a soundless voicemail or... VERY creepy... a conversation between a 'Sprint' woman speaking with some random person. she always apologizes for the sound of an answering machine in the background before validating numbers with them... it's all so strange!!
