to put these folks outta business.
everyone needs to e-mail everyone and warn them about the scam.
my charges also were the result of the Acai Berry purchase...which doesn't even work!

My husband got an email for Snuggie.  He filled out the form, then changed his mind, but didn't clear the form he just clicked on the "x" to close out of the browser page.  They must have still got the info and and charged his Debit card $38 for what was supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free (have to pay shipping on both). Did get the Snuggies, but for the next 3 months $16.95 was deducted from checking using his Debit card. I notified the bank put stop on his Debit card. Filing a dispute and bank rep. said will get the $50.85 credited back to our account. Also getting a new Debit card with different number. Not sure how the info still went through. Will be more careful to clear forms before exiting if we change our minds again. Pretty sure this is how they got his info. The bank gave me the number, but said we can't notify them if we want them to file the dispute. Letting the bank handle it.

I also received 2 charges for 16.95..never heard of Prime Time.
Called them today and they assured me? they would credit my
card. I also ordered free trial of Acai/ColonAid. which I
have since disputed. Lesson learned...nothing is free.

I, too, got a charge on my credit card for $16.95 which was not authorized.  This all started when I signed up for a `free' sample of acai berry.  I got like 10 pills for $3.95.  This is a scam and I'll be watching my credit card statement every month looking for bogus charges.  If it continues, I'll get a new credit card.  What a pain.  Beware people-- look out for Prime Time Savings.  Scam company.  Fraud.  Card will say Prime Time Savings.  Phone # for them is 866-469-6924.

Same damn thing. I also called my credit card company to dispute the charge.  I had to jump through hoops for them and then call the jerks at this prime time place.  After being on hold for ever and being treated very rude, I still haven't seen a credit to my account from primetime and it's been over a month.  I also have been informed that someone has been using my card # without me knowing, $1600 later, I beleive this Primetime place has something to do with it.  I am so angry!

Same thing happened to me this past week-bought Acai Pure, suddenly was charged 16.95 from Primetime, whom I've never heard of in my life. They caused me to overdraft, and I've had to change my account number already. Supposedly they are going to refund me the money, but that was a week ago and still nothing. And today when I called, I was jung up on numerous times, and never got through to anybody Last week when I called, I was transferred to a VERY RUDe woman whom had no answers for me. I am so upset by this! There has to be something we can all do to turn these people in. This is ridiculous, and now I doubt I will ever order anything online again.

I called the 866 number and was on hold for quite a long time. When "Chris" finally did come on the line, the first thing she asked me was if I was the only one on the line or was there a third party listening. Well that sounded like a very strange question. Then she asked me what I wanted. I told her I did not know what this charge was for and how they got my cc number. She started to explain what it was, and I just stopped her and said I did not want anything from them. She said she would cancel and take the $16.95 charge off my statement...we will see.

I believe that they got my cc number after I ordered an Obama/Biden button for my mother. I hope that they will take the charge off...I'll just have to wait and see.

I, too, was a victim of this ridiculous scam.  Unbelievable how these people get access to your cc info & then charge your card for something you didn't sign up for!  I was charged $16.95 TWICE by this company...I called & spoke to a very rude agent who did end up refunding me one of the charges, but refused to refund the other charge because I didn't 'cancel' my account withint the required timeframe!  What account?!

I also ordered tha free trial offer for acai product. I never received anything, was charged 48.85, which I was only supposed to be charged 4.95 for s&h. 3 weeks later I see another charge on my visa for 16.95 for "primetime". I have no idea what this is, but intend on doing something about the continuous theft from my visa debit card, thats used for child support.

I noticed a charge of $16.95 on my credit card bill today. I never heard of "primetime 8664696924" and certainly did not authrorize a charge. It seems they picked up my credit card number when I made an online purchase of "Acai Pure".  Scary.

I called PrimeTime at the 866-469-6924 because of the charge on my credit card.  They said I authorized to join some offer where I get savings on travel, store coupons when I was using the internet.  I told them I didn't sign anything nor even heard of them.  They credited my card...they need to be reported especially if the scam on the elderly or anyone!
