I just received 3 calls in a row from them with no voicemails.  When I returned the call they said BDI and asked where I wanted to be directed.  I did receive a call the other day from "Business Development" and they left a voicemail saying they can help me grow my business by giving me or putting me on a list for "new" people moving into my neighborhood.

The message said I am wanda and I am looking at your website and I have some questions. My number is 1-866-472-8859 ext 300

I received a voice mail from "Caleb" saying he was looking at my website and had some questions about the business.

It did not sound right to me and that is why I came here to look it up and am making this posting

I just got a call on my cell from 1-866-472-8859, left no message. I called the number and it was from Business Developement Institute, I have no idea who that is so I just said I had the wrong number and hung up.

Voice mail message was left from this number to call John Hammon.  No other info was given.

they left a message inquiring about my business and services giving no info about who they are or what they are looking for. I do not plan on returning the call.

The called me telling me the were looking at my website and said they had a few questions wanted me to return the call to Toni Hill at 866 472 8859 extension 300, After reading these similar posts it is one phone call I will not be returning

they are a website developement company and want to sell you their services and help you create a website and promise exposure and will move you to the top of the search engines.****not likely***you're better off to use someone locally. Some of their promises can't be verified. They can't be too credible if they won't leave the name of their business and the reason for their call.

they called and left a message saying to call them back. Name of the lady was Laura. I researched online and I think this is a web design company trying to sell seo placement etc. Very annoying.

Just got a call from "Marcel" at 1-866-472-8859 ext 300.   Paged me from my office.  When I returned the call I got a "fast talking"  Diane who wanted to direct my call.  At first I didn't understand her she talked so fast.   I had to ask 3 times who i was calling because it sounded like she had not time for me and wanted to direct my call as soon as possible.   She sounded very frustrated that I was taking her time by asking her questions.  She just wanted to direct the call to whom ever called me to explain.   I just ended the call by saying no thanks.    I am also a Realtor in Winnipeg.  Thank you for for this site and letting me know what they are about.   I couldn't get a straight answer from the receptionist.   I had to find out here what they were calling about.   Pathetic!!!

I'm a photographer in Vancouver, BC. These people have phoned me a few times over the last several months. The first time, I answered and as soon as it was obvious they were trying to scam me into buying something from them, I requested that they remove me from their call list.

When you request that, it is illegal for a company to continue to contact you.

But that didn't stop these people. I don't answer anymore when I see their number on my call display. They leave voicemails and they do not state that they're calling from a company trying to sell something. Instead, they make it sound as though it's a personal call of someone looking for photography services.

They state their first name only and ask that I call back at 1-866-472-8859, ext. 300.

Today, after about the 15th call from them, I googled the phone number and found a few different websites like this one.

My two cents here is this: If you see this number on your call display and/or you get messages from this number, DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL THEM!

The very fact that they're trying to trick people into accepting whatever they're trying to sell, is proof enough that they're not a legitimate business.

If John Hammond expects a return call with a pathetic message like that, forget it.  "Hi this is John Hammond at 866-472-8859, extension 300, please call me back".  

Of course, when they called, it was blocked a number.
