The caller has called me several times, left no message. When I tried to call back, I got busy line. Does anyone know who this is???

I have been recieving the same type of calls. this is very annoying and i hope something is done about it very quickly!!!!!!!

I have recieved 3 calls within 3 hours yesterday, and it just started back up again.  Glad (sort of) to see I'm not the only one. I'm gonna go ahead and report it as well.

Just reported the number to the FCC. this is some messed up stuff. I hate telemarketers; they are the scum of the earth.  I swear, if I ever find these people...

They called and were very rude.. i think i know who  did it though, or had it done... stupid people

THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME CHERISH AND SAID I WAS VERY RUDE, IT WAS A LADY . THIS IS A NUMBER I THINK PEOPLE GO TOO TO MESS WITH OTHERS, I THOUGHT IT WAS MY STALKING PSYCHO FREAK BUT NOW I THINK I KNOW WHO IT IS , HER NAME IS STORMY GALLANT

Ive been getting calls from this number also alot lately.  And when i go to answer they hang up.  Havent heard any voices either.!!

hey i also got a call from some tard, the number is just 7005 and sometimes changes to another 700_ number, it happens almost every day and the loser just hangs up and doesnt say  anything. i think he has one of thos machines that calles randoms.

called em back and it rang 5 times and went to some woman's answering machine asking me to leave name, phone #, and account #. sounds like a legit business but then what do i know, i'm just a kid. wonder why she called me then. just to be sure, a left a fart on her answering machine followed by the sound of my phone slamming shut :)

unknown # 1-866-484-8711, disturbing calls, automated on my unlisted cell number, how do they get our info !

I have been getting the call from the 7005 number and nobodies there! They call 3 times a day leave no messages and isn't there when I pick up! Who is this guy?

I have been getting calls from this number for three days, about four times per day. Every time I answer, the call is ended. When I call back, it is just a busy signal.

this number is also calling  me, wtf?

Repeatedly called my cell phone for last three days.  Also received calls from 866-314-6957 and 866-724-4344 in the same time frame.  Never anyone there and when I called the numbers back from my land line, they are either busy or a female recorded voice says, "You have reached customer service, you will be contacted..." then click.  Someone needs to stop this nonsense.  Who protects the consumer?

THEY HAVE CALLED ME ABOUT 10 TIMES AND ALL THE DO IS HANG UP AND TODAY IT WAS A FEMALE AND ASKED FOR ME, LAUGHED AND HUNG UP.

just received a call from this number. My English is not good, and can only identify some words like Montana and American Express. Good to know it's not improtant. Thank you guys.

I got a call from this guy too and as soon as i answered i said...TAKE MY NUMBER OFF OF UR CALL LIST and he said...dont you want to kno why i am calling first and i said no just take me off the list and he said fine that can be arranged and hung up

oh gosh, i hope he doesn't start harassing her. i feel terrible for all of you

my friend JUST got this call, asking me if i knew anyone by this # i googled it to find that it's this guy, who sounds like a prankster. it's good that a few of you guys are reporting this person.

Last three days I have been receiving calls from three different numbers: 866-314-6957, 866-724-4344 and 866-484-7005. In the first call someone was asking for my visa card, my marital status and what kind of work I do. Since then, everytime I see a phone call coming from an 866 number, I just dont pick up.

I have had two calls from this number and no one will leave a message, I do not answer number I do not know. They have called twice in t he past 4 hours!

866-484-7005 called and hung up left no voice mail.....i want to know who this is...and i see that it happens multiple times to people....that s**t aint gonna fly...if anyone has any luck finding out who this is...please let me know

I just found out if they do trick you and get your credit card nummber that they have to send you a written contract and you have 10 days cancel it. I hope that others on here if they were victim like me to be alert of this type of stuff to get out of such deals. I didnt even give the ok but they decieve and push. Its sad that this type of stuff happens. As I will learn now on to avoid all this type of stuff as I thought that they could not call me being on a do not call list. I hope a law gets past to make telemarketing illegal, its a violation of privacy rights, besides there many other ways to advertise like commericials, junk mail (even though this should be possible illegal as well), internet, newspaper and magazine ads, and thanks AS for the thoughtful and uplifting comments as I have been down in dumps because of this.

I am sorry to hear that these freaks managed to trick you into giving your card information. I just have a few suggestions, and hope they help (if you have already not done them).
I think the best you could do is to change the credit card number. If that takes time, you could probably call up your credit card company and place some kind of a "hold" on your credit card for any telephonic transactions, or if that is not possible, any kind of transactions. That may affect your ability to buy stuffs for sometime... but if you have another card you could probably use that for the time being. I had once placed such a hold on my debit card as I had made a transaction with a travel agency on the phone, and they started drawing money from my account producing a single authorization more than once! (Credit cards are safer than debit cards anyways). If you haven't already called up the credit card company, do it right now. Sometime they come up with good ideas.

They called me to and tricked me into giving up my personal information. I have never been a victim of such an act since I am on the do not call list. I told them I wanted to cancel and it and they wouldn't let me. I didn't even say what magazines I wanted and they were making all these threats like its a recorded conversation, ect. I then hanged up on the phone and finally realizing the mistake I made. I even had my credit card number changed. I don't want any of that crap and they make sound so persuavive and they keep preasuring and harrassing. At first they make it sound like its very legit. I think its scam. What should I do?
