ATTN: Claire zeph,
I have had the same thing happen to me with US Bank for years now. When I first inquired about the Bank had no information they could give me. Every 3 months they debit $16.50 from my account. Finally I did a web search for Nuf Ad Ins and came across the sites with the phone number to call 1-888-449-4544.
My question is did you get all of your money back or did you have to file a laws suit. What was the outcome for you?

I "think" NUF DBL INS has something to do with an AIG spinoff called Chartis that does AD&D insurance add-ons to bank accounts.
I also had $29.85 deducted from my WaMu account which is converting to
Chase.
The bank gave me Charis's phone number, which I called and demanded they put the money back on my account. After trying to sell me an AD&D policy they said they would return the money in 7 to 10 days.

Possibly a collection agency.

I also was scammed by these people and totaling $730. I pay my credit card by automatic pay, and never looked at my statement. they have been removing funds from my account since 3.2008 I amd asking for all my money back. If they do not pay I will file a lawsuit. I don't like being taken advantage of, I work hard for my money.

I just got off the phone with them about a $29.85 charge on my account. They are:
National Union Fire Insurance
PO Box 44260
Jacksonville, FL 32231
Google them and you get sent to AIG.
The "product" is an insurance policy that pays around $250 per day for every day you are in the hospital. It was "sold" through Washington Mutual around the same time the Chase was taking over.
I got the charge refunded and the policy terminated without too much pain. The CSR did try a soles pitch, but nothing too hard core.
Hope this helps.
