A women left a mesage saying to call back ASAP and left a ref number. She claim to be from Dell finance department. We haven't bought any Dell computers.

There was a message on my vm when I returned from lunch this afternoon from "Debbie" from Dell (mumble, mumble, can't understand you when you mumble) Services. Stated that she was looking for my boss, my BIG boss and gave a reference number (mumbling some more) and then she clearly stated that their company would gladly accept payments from faxed credit cards forms. First, our company already has a trusted vendor that provides us with our hardware and, second, we pay in full for our hardware each time, not in little installments, so...what is REALLY going on here? Anybody??....

They call and then hang up immediately after i pick up. So freaking annoying. My patience is being seriously tempted. I know that I must be polite at work, but this is the straw.

So I called the number back. The response... "well its an automated system and it called you because you owe us money... and blah blah blah"

Except my co pays the bills
