This is a collection agency...AC somthing or other.  They are VERY rude.  I suggest a report to the BBB.

This is a Collection Agency ----They go by the names of KCA $ KTA, they are located in the state of IL. KCA's ph # is 630-262-2353 and KTA's # is 630-208-3400.....JH, you are right...they are rude and they are also very herassing.....I have turned them in but nothing has been done about them.  The only thing I can tell you to do is try to have their #'s an/or area codes blocked by your phone co.  GOOD LUCK ......I hate those type of people.....

These people are RUDE! They never identified themselves when they left a message or when I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number (to take mine off their list). They hung up on me before confirming anything and I had come here to find who the heck the were.  Thanks NF for identifying them.

Got exactly the same response asome guy who just wanted to hear himself talk and when I tried to direct him he hung up.  I called back same thing well all I can say is I cannot see how they will ever get ANY business done this way??

Very rude they keep calling me for someone who I don't even know. They would not put a supervisor on phone and didn't give me any names and they hung up on me. After calling back so many times I finally got on a phone with a supervisor who was also very rude and not so professional.

Extremely RUDE! I called to get my number off the list, the lady wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor, she just hung up on me. I reported them to the bbb, by the looks of this site im not the only one. If you 2 are reciving 2/3 calls a day from these guys harrasing you, please report them to the bbb. The only way we can stop them is if we get enough people to complain so do not hesitate.

yes, these guys are nasty, they purposely try and upset you, it really is nuts talking to them. I don't know how people like this actually exist and are okay with themselves when they go home at night.

I receive one call a day at work from these people.  When I called I was put on a queue and then someone picked up.  When the person pickup he said This is Chad.  When I asked him which company he worked for he just hung up.

I have received no less than 10 calls from this company at all hours of the day and night. Their voice mails were rude and as a result I refuse to speak to them on the phone. I sent them a letter requesting more information about the debt that they claimed I owe. I received a letter requesting my SSN. They claim I owe a debt yet they do not have my SSN? I DON'T THINK SO!! Sounds fishy to me. They still won't tell me what I supposedly owe. I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office & the BBB.

Yes, these guys are very rude and nasty. I'm going to take this a step further I have inform my lawyer for a lawsuit, I'm going to put this animals out of business.

These people are beyond NASTY! I had to listen to the caller belittle me just to move on to get what he wanted.   I?m now a disabled person and have taken a major cut in monthly income. I filed for Bankruptcy Chapter 7. (Liquidation)  A year later I?m still getting phone calls from this company for a gas bill that was included in the bankruptcy.  I have repeatedly gave them the information regarding my status and to cease calling me.  They continue to call me.  After the call this morning I have turned this over to my Bankruptcy Attorney.  Only after I pressed the caller would he tell me the name of the collection company and would not give me the address.  I was told he would take a credit card or a check over the phone?no other options.
