They have been calling several times a day - some outside of the hours allowed by debt collectors. I don't owe the debt they purport and already notified them of same in writing. Say I owe Sam's Club where my account is zero balance and in good standing.

Called for my deceased grandmother-in-law. When I said she'd been gone 2 years they asked for her husband, who just died this past June. When I told them that they got belligerent with me so I hung up.

I got a call on our new phone number where they have tracked me down and said I was the ex of who they are looking for when in fact I have been married 47 years. This is coming from a Baptist Church.

Collection agency. Phillips & Cohen Associates. They will call every hour on the hour unless you answer. Seldom leave a message. Not very friendly in the customer service department. Won't work with you at all.

The lady pretended to work for the government and told them I owed $9000... caught them in a lie... Phillips and Cohen at their finest. Never trust these bottom feeding scum!! Reported them to the state attorney general, BBB, DNC and local state representative. Boom, ROASTED!!
