It is illegal for bill collectors to call after 9:00 pm. I had one call me after 9:00pm and I told him it was after 9 he hung up on me and never got another call from that company.

directly to the hospital of doctors...I am not going pay Receivable Solutions any more than I paying anyone else...

Calls my daughters cell & leaves a VM asking for a Tina Crumbie who must have owned the phone number before. It's very irritating that I want to call them back & tell them to quit calling. Looks like they like to call on Tuesdays...Ugh!!!

This is small debt collections company based out of Columbia, SC.  The owner lives in Florence SC.  They use illegal collection tactics.   The company without my authorization set me up on a payment plan for debt that I did not owe.   After speaking with our state Consumer Affairs agency, many have reported the same issue.  I tried and tried to get the company to send me a letter confirming that I did not agree to the debt payment plan, I got a wonderful response that it was in my best interest to be on the plan so that they would not call me... They do not do any research with the original company, the just keep saying that I still owe money.   I had a receipt that said I paid the money several weeks before..   They should be shutdown by the gov't.  They lie and cheat people.    If you want to complain call the SC Consumer Affairs Agency.  www.consumer.sc.gov   I also have the owner's cell phone (he does not answer)  843.861.1664    Call this guy and complain.

That would mean, IMO, that the phone company is selling people's
numbers.

The other possibility is a device that automatically dials cells numerically
and records the hits only to repeat calling the good numbers.

This # has called my 11 yo cell phone 5 times since Sept 25. They leave VM asking for some female that doesn't even own the phone or #! This has to STOP!!! Caller ID comes up as Collector3 if anyone is curious.

This number called my 11 yo cell phone. Luckily she didn't answer it. No VM was left. Number is now blocked so they can't call back thanks to the new iOS on Apple.

Any calls from a debt collector after 9pm is illegal.  You may want to look into that as it is stated in the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)  That is a hefty fine / lawsuit to the collection agency calling.

While some people may have a debt this company is trying to collect.  The new phone number I was given used to belong to the person who owes the debt. I have spoken to at least two people after calling back and telling them that they have the wrong party,  Each time, I asked that my number be removed and was assured that it was. A few days later, the calls start up again. This company deserves to be sued for the sheer number of annoying calls, disruption sleep, and refusal to remove a phone number from their automated Rolodex that is not associated with a debt holder. I should not be harassed because of someone else created a problem.

The phone number 866-505-7419 belongs to a collection agency, Receivable Solutions. They handle medical bills.

If they are calling you, it's because you owe them money. The reason they "dial, connect/hang-up" is because the laws governing leaving messages is so crazy that anyone/everyone is trying to sue agencies rather than square up on their debts..

As for the "Name of Jesus" and all those, "I have a private number", and "they need to go to hell", my response is this... They called, I got the connect/disconnect, I called it back, got a representative, told me what I owed. I paid it and it's over.

How about you stop your internet bill for a few months, and pay down the debt that is past due.

Ive been receiving calls from this number on my cell. They always leave a message saying its from "Receivable Solutions" regarding an account number and they give the account number.

Stop calling this number if you don't know who you are calling.

someone calls me from 866-505-7419 everyday. But while I answered, it will cut at once. Who is this ?

I get calls from 866-505-7419 starting as early as 8 am & continuing til around 10 pm. These are automated calls ordering me to call another number to discuss "important business". I don't call back as I know that this is how scammers work to reroute telephone calls. I ended up with over $400 worth of calls to Argentina from California (& I live on the east coast). Luckily, my phone company removed the charges.

I report each call to the phone company via *57.

They're bill collectors for hospitals.

This is really getting on my last damn nerve!  These people need to go to hell!

Constantly receiving a call from this number and no one says anything. The line will disconnect after 5 seconds. The number calls my house at least 5 times a day.
