Matt (called twice) tells me inthe past 18 months I entered to win an SUV and will "definitely" win one of the top 4 prizes........... I find it interesting that I am "winning" so many wonderful things....and that evey call I receive is from a different number and has even another different number to call back on.  Even Matthew doesn't give the same call back number twice.  If I am indeed so damn lucky... I am headed out to buy a ticket for the next big powerball.......

Got a call on my cell today from Carmen Jones who left a message for me to call her back at Sweepstakes Promotions, 1-866-506-0953.  Said she was not affiliated with any timeshare promotions.  Yeah right.  Glad I checked this site out first before deleting her vm.

Seems like they are busy calling all over.  We received the same recorded message.  First question my husband asked was how come they didn't know our name.  Not to mentioned that we hadn't filled out any entries.  First thing I did was to google it. We've already had someone we know scamed by those poerty contests. I wonder how many folks they hit up that don't go directly to google? Hopefully noone.

I got a message from my message box regarding about the prize thats all, he didn't say anything else except his name is Dave Russell.  So I guess this is another scam trying to lurd people into the trap.  Thanks to the online we can find out already what this number is about.

Got a call from "Dave Marshal" today around 3:00 pm in the Phoenix area, same claim about winning a vehicle or cash, I did'nt call back.

Ok, I got a call too; same number and scam; Maryland. I think that it is linked to an email that was sent to me about a week ago. Loving loving the internet where the people can try to keep pace with the crooks. Dave Marshall was the name used. Sweepstakes Promotions. Same number and gimmick. Keep sharp people!

I just received a call at 1pm today to my home in the southeast suburbs of Phoenix...Sweepstakes Promotions...Dave Marshall...I had won a large prize...no gimmick...he said to call back 866-506-0953 yet the phone my caller id got was 708-844-1500 Sweepstakes Dept. I'm not calling back.

I got a call from Dave Marshall saying My number was pick and I won a prize to call him back,dave said this was no joke. I new it was a scam because I never.even entered a sweepstakes.The telephone number he left was #866-506-0953

I received the "we won a major prize" from a auto sweepstakes promo call too. After reading the responses above, I just had to leave a message with them so I could pull their chain when they call back...two can play a game. Can't wait! More to come...

Our story is similar to KF because my husband had also recently filled out a sweepstakes form. Don't know Tony though because it was Dave Marshall that called us and told us we'd won a "brand new vehicle," a "top prize," and "you've won a major prize."

They have not returned our call and hopefully, now that I've been here, they never will.

I also received a call in CA  from Dave Marshall and the next day Paul Greggor from Sweepstakes Promotion stating I had won a major prize and to call back...glad to see this out there to warn everyone!!!  Thanks!!

Yup, they just called me.  Dave Marshall.  The difference being that I am an avid sweepstakes fanatic and I enter sweeps for cars all the time.  So I called back... But did not leave a message as I was Googling at the same time and found this site!  LOL!  Thank you!

Got a call at 2:57 pm today from a Dave Marshall- from Sweepstake Promotions. The call went to VM. My husband saved the call for me to hear. Dave stated I entered a sweepstakes and won one of the top prizes. Since I never fill out sweepstakes entries and I know no one else does for me.. I figured it was a spam. I decided to check it out to be sure.  Glad I did.  I do not plan to call back.

I received a call from Dave Marshall and Vicki at ext.38 asking me to come to 1995 North 1st street in San Jose,Ca. Suite # 100.

They said I entered a contest and I could win either

1st place prize - A 2008 Cadillac Escalade

2nd place prize - $2500.00 cash

3rd place prize - 3days 2nights vacation round trip air fare to vegas.

4th place prize - A 32" flat screen T.V.

Stating I was guaranteed to win 1 of the 4 prizes if I listened to a 90 minute presentation.

sweepstakes promotions stating had won a major prize on a promotion (grand prize was a new automobile). Dave Marshall originally then received call back from Ashley @ 708-844-1518 and another gentleman at a private number.

I got the call as well from Dave, I left a call back as they seemed to be offering a rize outright with no strings attached. It is a come-on for Hallmark Travel, in my case I had to go to Concord, CA to Hallmark Travel to learn about discount travel, so most likely a timeshare presentation.

Received call from a Ken Sky & Tony Rocca stating that we won a sweepstake..."brand new Linoln Navigator" or $45K.
I also received one call from a Dennis (with a last name of Dulane), he stated the same but instead he left the following number: 708-481-4565.
I goggled the number and received the following information:

My call was from Dave Debrees(not sure if that's how you spell last name) and he also stated he was from Sweepstake Promotions and that I had entered some contest to win a car and I had won a top price. Said to call 1-800-991-7536. I called and it went to VM where name given for voice mail box was some other guy's name and not Dave and to leave a message so I hung up.

A guy named "Tony" called on 3/27@1:42pm.  He said he has great news for me and I was a prize winner.  I called back the Toll free #866 506-0953 & left a message saying I have no idea how I won considering I did't fill out any form.  A man named "Matt Brooks" called me back and said "Tony" wasn't available.  He said I submitted an entry form sometime in the last 18 mo's (or someone submitted it for me).  He went over 4 prizes and said I was a definite winner of one of them (1. 2008 fully loaded Ford Explorer, 2. $25,000 in cash, 3. Trip for 2, 4. Flat screen TV worth $600).  He then said if I choose to keep the prize I have to tell all my friends about this company and promote them.  I told him I knew this was a scam and I wasn't interested and hung up on him.  He called me back and of course I didn't answer.  He left a nasty message and here it is verbatum:  "Laura S****(he said my name wrong, of course), bad decision.  No, this isn't a scam.  You submitted the entry form or someone did, however, you don't have to worry.  You just forfeited yourself w/ your little hang up act there honey.  So again, do me a favor and stop submitting entry forms and wasting people's time".    **My question is, if he was trying to give something away to me, why would he leave such a mean & nasty message??????******

I rec same call from Bruce on Sunday that I was a finalist for a Grand Prize.  I called to see what's up with these folks...  Turns out you get a prize IF you go to a 90 minute presentation for a Vacation Club (new twist on Time-Share concept).  Will get one of 4 prizes.  1) 2008 Ford SUV  2) 3 days 2 nights for two some place.  3) $2,500 cash.  4) Flat screen 27 inch TV.   Don't need a TV.  Don't need to be hasseled for a Vacation Club.  Don't need to be bugged.

BTW- it DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE ON THE DNC list(s). These are hard-core criminal fraudsters berift of ANY Legal,moral, or ethical scruples!!
