Said she was "with" AT&T and was calling about my long distance.  Said Preferred Long Distance has credits to apply to my bill and wanted my information.  I told her I only make changes to my bills if I'm the one who made the call to the company.  She told me (very snotty) "well then I'll just leave the charges on your bill" then hung up on me.  Of course she will because she's NOT with AT&T and can't do anything about my bill.

THESE CALLS ARE ALL SCAMS.  DO NOT MAKE CHANGES TO ANY BILL UNLESS YOU ARE THE ONE CALLING THE COMPANY.

They call 7-10 times a day and will not remove you from their list- they are completely unprofessional and the attorney generals office should look into this company!

Called back 5 times after we said no.  Scam saying ATT but company is preferred long distance.  Said mandatory line charges would be applied next month unless we switched.

On Nov 6, 2012, a lady from this number called, saying she's from AT & T, in fact they are with Preferred Long Distance.  When I told her I was not dealing with anyone other than AT & T, she hung up on me.  Today, Nov. 7, 2012, a lady called again, asked for me by name, and wanted to drop my line charges.  She is not with AT &T.  When I told her my patience were about gone, she got beligerant with me.  When I asked her not to call me anymore, she asked why.  I told her I am not interested in changing anything in my phone account.  When I politely and quietly said "No Thank You" for the second time, she said, "We will call you every single day until you say yes." and hung up on me.

Calls from this # hang up as soon as you answer the phone. I get these calls daily from this #

Asked to talk with person in charge of AT&T account. With a company called "Preferred" She was very pushy, saying she was going to remove my per line charges. Said I don't have time for this and not to call back. Sounds sketchy to me.
