This number calls my mobile at least 2 times most days. It is rediculous and needs to stop. Very frustrated, so much for the "Do Not Call" list

It's 3:00 pm and so far they've called twice today (I missed the calls and no messages left on my VM). I am a Virgin client, but my two year contract expires in December of this year. So far I have not had any billing problems with them and the 'members' do get varies coupons and perks for partner companies (H&M, Body Shop West 49...etc) so I have actually considered renewing with them. Fido does huge marketing campaigns as well as so do other mobile companies, which they need to do in today's competative market. Still, would be nice if they could leave a message or take a 'no' for an answer.

Keep getting calls from this number but when I pick up the phone no one answers and eventually they hang up... not funny, pain in the a** and wasting my time and tying up a personal phone line at all hours of the day for no reason. Either learn how to make phone calls properly or stop calling people.

It's 150% Virgin Mobile. I have a cell on contract until August and the agent said that she represents Virgin Mobile. She was trying to bribe me with a new phone if I renew my contract for 3 years today (which every other cell company does the same). When I told her I am not interested, she tried to bribe me with free 500 text messages. No thank you Virgin Mobile, I have no intentions of staying with you. Don't even bother complaining about Virgin Mobile or the annoying calling they do... they don't have any answers.

Called me at 8:11pm today. I didn't answer and no message was left. I called them back and just got the recorded message "Houston we have a problem. We've got our wires crossed and can't answer your call right now" then it says to go to their website.

I get a call from the number (866) 507-8249 every once in a while. They'd never left a message until juste now, a few minutes ago but there was nothing on the message, they hung-up. I am with virgin and I know there is a way to block phone numbers so can this number be blocked? How? Otherwise I will call virgin or file a report with the police for harassment.
I answered only once, and maybe that was a mistake, but there was nobody there to answer. My friend told me some times there were numbers like that who would call you're phone just to make you spend money and have to buy some more.

I recently left virgin mobile due to lack of customer service, as well as other issues i had with them from day one. ever since leaving them, i get a call once a day by this 866-507-8249 number. i've never answered, and they have never left a message. if it is a telemarketer trying to sell me things, news flash...i'm not with your company anymore. and if it is their way of trying to get me back...i've complained to this company about how they've screwed up on my billing and my plan...so why bother caring now?
