Called work number. Asked to talk to someone re: life insurance. I asked what type of insurance. Stated life. (Indian speaking male). I stated the person he needed to talk to was on another line. He said he would call back.

You cannot file a complaint for DNC list from a business to business call.. any time you advertise your number it cannot be DNC.

I received this call from a extremely rude woman with a heavy eastern accent.  She kept asking for the mgr.  Talked over top of me.  When I said the mgr was not in, she then started questioning me...like " Do you work for this company?"  Uh, here's your sign lady, I answered the phone!  I kept asking her what it is that she wanted, she would not give me a clearcut answer just kept asking if I worked there.  I hung up.  2 seconds later she calls back and says, "Why did you hang up on me?"  I said because you were rude!  She says, "Are you sure about that?"  C'mon lady give me a break.  She then says again, "Do you work at this place of business?"  I said, "No lady, I just came in off the street and decided to start answering the phones for these nice people". ????? She says, yes I know that, but do you work there?

Duh....

they call me i found out they sale life insurance and web design telemarkiter they  should go to jail for 1 year per call these idiots need stop calling everybody number government needs make collection companys and tele markiters a felony offense 50 year sentance first offense or lock them all up with other collection agencies

This number keeps calling and asking for the owner of our business. Spam! I think their company name is something like the Green/Great Outdoors something. Super annoying.

I just got a call from this number the second time with the same story: the number is selected for a hotel stay, and that all they need was that I answer three simple questions.  After refusing to answer or accept the offer, the caller dragged the conversation all the way, wasting my time (and my employer's money to pay me for my time), telling me that there was no reason to refuse.  
It doesn't matter if it's scam or not.  If so many people think it is a scam, I don't think it is a good way of promoting the business.  They may be sending someone to your site to case it so that their "associates" can rub the place later on.  
The revenue from whatever they are doing must be high enough to cover the phone bills and personnel cost.  Just because they spend money on "promotion" does not mean that it is a non-scam business.

i got a call from this number. i got interested. the fact that they are spending their dollars in this phone calls so i guess its not a scam! and also, they didn't ask me to purchase anything. not even asked fo my credit card number! so i agreed for the appointment! and so, the day came, i listen to their 20 mins, telling me about what they do as a company! and after that, i already receive the scratch card and i won a 27 inch panasonic tv! so cool!

now, i already understand why they're doing they are doing this! obviously, this is their way to advertise and promote their good name.
