I don't know if this will work for you but I started threatening them and telling them I was recording the calls and going to the police. After that they called two more times and we answered, you have to say hello first or they won't pick up, and we have a really loud alarm that is a motion sensor if someone walks by your door, and we sounded it right into the phone. It's so loud, it's louder than a fire alarm and after that they haven't called since! Also tell them you've looked them up on the net and know what they're about.

I thought you all might want to see who you're dealing with here.  There are so many similar complaints, hundreds in fact at the BBB, they have a summary for the complaint.  If you guys live in CA please go to the cops, or tell your local news station, the have to be stopped.  I'm planning to go to the cops too, but I doubt they'll help me since I'm in another state.  They have also been investigated and found guilty of selling your credit card numbers to other criminals. this company has been caling me for sometime. i never answer. they also have called private or unknown. i did answer this time and they did the offer about the diamond watch and magazines. then 2 mins later the 18665606449 called. they call my att cell phone. . .why are so many attn customers getting this call? i also noticed a lot of the posts are from californians. i am from ohio anyways i called the 310-318-0078 x12 for skank linda vargas. left a message asking them not to call. this is bs!!! i never bought from them or anything. . .

They have called me twice today. Just now at 8PM. No normal businesses call at this time of day. Thanks so much for putting this up here.

these people suck, I'm in the military and have 2 have my phone on in case of recall or for anything involving work, so its always on, I got my 1st 3 calls 2day, 1 while driveing and 2 while sleeping, now I'm awake :-(, I've been hung up on all 3 calls, reading the other comments has helped, I really don't know what 2 do, I don't want this 2 continue, I haven't registered in2 any contests or anything by giveing my phone # out, Ive been an AT&T client for only 4 months now and this is happening and I don't like it, reading other comments really makes me think this is going 2 continue, thanks 2 all who has writen a comment on what they will do or what they have done 2 try and fix this problem, I will to the same,

Starting calling me yesterday....last call was at 11pm at night...I will also file a complaint with T-Mobile and the FTC.

Are all these cell phones company cell phones by chance? Another complaint blog listed these guys as digital-design.com....and they do Asterisks installations....VoipPBX stuff....my company uses Asterisks.

I am SO SO SO tired of getting calls from this number! I answer and there's no one there!!

I've noticed a lot of people with ATT/Cingular cell phones complaining about this. I talked to ATT and of course they deny giving out our numbers but I don't know how else to explain it. Plus, I noticed their billing address is in CA, not too far from these people, I wonder if someone there is leaking the numbers. Of course they're not going to admit it and they told me there's nothing they can do to stop them. Everyone keep filing complaints please.  Just in case you guys don't know this, they're breaking several laws:
1)you're not allowed to solicit on cell phones
2)telemarketers can't call after 9 pm I think
3)it's illegal to use auto dialers to keep calling cell numbers(that's why they only pick up once you answer)
4)all contests, by law, are "no purchase necessary", no company can offer you a better chance to win if you make a purchase.

they(this number) called my cell 3 times and i have verizon.. the first 2 times i didnt pick up because i didnt know who it was, the third time i picked up and they hung up on me. Then when i tried callin them back the line kept ringing busy... i just want to know how they can call you but u cant call them...How do you get it to stop?

they started calling me to i asked who it was they said utah travel something and that i entered a contest and won and all they need now is a visa or mastercard number its a scam

Thank you guys for these comments.  They just called me and I kept asking the woman to repeat what she was saying because I could not understand her- speaking fast in an East Indian accent.  Then she hung up.  I tried to call back but it was busy-  Now I see why.  But I have Verizon.

This phone number is calling me and not leaving a message. i attempt to call it back and it is busy or it just hangs up on me. i dont answer unrecognized numbers so this is really frustrating.

I'm in PA and this number just called me. I answered and they hung up.

I have now recieved on my CELLULAR PHONE, 3 different numbers.
First is 866-406-2947 three times on Thursday, (9:35am then later at 1pm & 8pm)
Second is 800-504-2821 Called once Today (Friday) @ 2:21pm
Third is now an 866-520-6449 Today (Friday) @ 2:55pm

The third one is the only one I have answered and When I did some guy asked for me, I said 'This is he' He started with his name and saying he was from Texas then from there my CELL started breaking up and it eventually hung up so I have no clue what he was saying.

Upon Calling back the 866-520-6449 it seems to put you on hold with music playing.
Upon calling 800-504-2821 & 866-406-2947 they have a busy signal.

well i got the companys primary number and i called... it went to a voicemail for a mrs. linda something.. i very rudly explined i would take judicial action if the calls did not stop...and that i had informed the police in my and thier area.. i will let you know if they stop or not...

I think this is the first time I've gotten a call from this number as when strange number call, I usually save them under names like idiot, jerk, butthole, etc.

Anyways, I just got a call from this number, but I was at work and didn't recognize the number so I flipped my phone open,then closed it again - basically I hung up.
