I also was contacted today .by a foreign indian speaking man saying that i was selected. To get rhis grant money. For whatever i needed. But he did say that, i need to pay,a one timefee, of 3.85,then he was trying to see what,card i wanted to use...so me to i know this has to be ascam, also the number,it was calling from was  unknown.. so dont believe any thing.

Today I got a call from this company, employees name- Ronnie. He said me that i am approved for 50,000$ grants, but first he want me to make the payment of 3.87$ to activate something username & password of the grant account. I did'nt provided him credit card information, so he got lil bit angry & he yelled at me like a b***s*** Indian. Sorry to abuse friends...

What's wrong with you guys, the same company US Financial Resources helped me to get my Govt. Grant Money from the US Govt by charging me just 3.87$ for the Grant Account setup fee...

Requesting $3.87 from banking account. Mare was her name stating give her identification numbers to 'Process & cover fees for GRANT' as she refused to answer my questions had a strong unknown accent.

This number continues to contact me, as well as, I am on an OPT OUT through FRAUD ALERTS...let it be known THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM...

I called and reported that I was lead to believe that I was already qualified for the grant. So basically the guy was very polite and professional and said he would refund my money. And that the guy with the India accent should not have deceived me, to give him my account no.# But the 1-800-558-0064 number did answer, and said they were there to help.

scammed for $3.87 phone number they gave me was 1-800-558-0064. They sent me here to fill out a app. I guess this is their way of saying, "SOCKER!!! anyone else call the BBB? and try to sue them? I will drain uncountable bucks if it takes me the next 5 years to get even. They deserve to be punished by the full extent of the law. They have no heart no soul. To give people hope and steal their money .May  they rot in hell. And yes, he was from India or some where. Very convincing, then he puts his super on. to finish the conversation, by explaining how they lied a little, Your not really approved to receive the grant money. But You will have loans and grants to contact, to try to get approved. First they told me I had been approved. lies told by thieves, I pray to God they read this stuff. And I pray to God in heaven they get exactly what they deserve.

I was called from #971-208-9936 on May 15, 2013 by a heavily accented female claiming to be from US Financial Resourses telling me that information provided from the state of Georgia stating I could recieve free grant money from the gov't  . All I needed from to start the application process was $3.87  from a debit/credit card. Now after reading comments posted by others and checking out USFR web-site,I do believe this is a scam to get your money with slim possibilities of getting free grant money. People, be aware of callers wanting card info over the phone.

i had a phone call from unknown #.he was calling from US.FINANCIAL.RESURCES because i was pre-selectet for a gov. grant.his english was with indian accent.he told me to pay a $3.87 with a card,and i gave to him my account#,that way i was ready to download the application.he send a email tells me  i am a membership of us financ.res. and they will charge me $59.99 a month,.he told me i can call the costumer serv.#18005580064or18665496225and email at support@US FINANCIAL RESURCES.COM TO CANCELL ANY TIME.I WAS LOOKING FOR A GRANT AND ENDED TO A SCAM

I was received a call today from 1-052-722-90 stating they was calling reguarding free grant money it didn't sound right to be so I asked for the website I needed to go to receive the money he give it to me and I google it while on the phone with him and show numerous complaints. So I told him my card only had $2.00 on it cause he said I need $3.87. he said he was sorry to hear that then asked if I knew anybody that could help me with the payment I said no he said okay. I knew it was a spam when he asked can he just ran my card anyways smh I said no I'm not trying to have a overdraft on my card then he hang up

I WAS CONTACTED BY THIS # 18665496225 FOR A WIRE TRANSFER $3.87 FOR A 1x TIME PAYMENT FOR GRANT MONEY AND I JUST LEARNED IT WAS A SCAM

I was told by these people that I had recieved grant money and if I paid $3.95 I could get on the web site and continue the process.  Then would be contacted to see how I wanted to recieve my grant money from the government.  I said not and contacted the main number and was told it is only a web site to look for grants and he would tell the 2 people that called me not to tell people they already have grant money....  I said oh sure you will and have reported them to the BBB

i recieved a call from us financial resources yesterday the number came up unavailable. he had an accsent i couldnt understand much he kept congradulating me on being approved for a grant up to $50,000.00. but i had to give him info to get the $3.87 so i did. he said to log back on the site tonight after 8:00 p.m. i found you guys. he gave me a user name my email and a cinfirmation number. it doesnt seem to exist. if i had questions i was to call ross at 1 800 558 0064. i called and you get a number for a website easyhelpcenter.com  im going to check it out now. im so angry that i fell for this unavailable number should have tipped me off. remember ross.

Another victim of this scam. the indian guy wanted me to pay him $3.87 for a grant and after that i was supposed to get some check in the mail. He gives me some bogus confirmation number and phone. now to find out its not goin to happen im angry and worried bout the info this s.o.b has on me. never been through this before i hope the deadbeat loser gets caught

This indian caller keept insisting that the government grant can be used by my self  or any of my family members, and as soon as he got the credit card info he disconnected the call. I called the 8665496225 number, the office was closed and the name on the answering machine was different and I couldnt find my informantion at all. WATCH OUT.

Just got a call from a man with an indian heavy accent, he was giving out US government grants, he was calling on behalf of United States Financial Resources, Grants Processing dept, this is the web address he gave me:  www.usfinancialresources.com.   Man said I was pre-qualified for the grants based on some information I field online 3 months ago? Got a call from 235-683-4810, asking the same b***s***, I was given the name Steven Smith as the person I was to speak with. I asked more and got US Financial Resources. He was asking me just a $ 1 like begger.. phewww.. I landed here while talking with him and screwd them.. poor scammer  ;)

Hey Dave, I just got an India speaking Representative who told me exactly what you explain in your comment this is soooo funny to me! I can't wait for him to call me tomorrow. I told him that he could call me after I purchase a green dot card to apply the $3.87 cents to that card. I also told him that i would be calling the Better Business Bureau to see if this was an official business. However i didn't even get a chance to do that because I went online and it pops up "IT'S A SCAN"  so I got heads-up from people like your self and many others, so thanks a lot for info.

This guy, same voice and sells pitch, called using 235-683-4810 asking for 3.87 for a remolding/restoration grant of 12,000.
Quotes for this guy:
- "It's an opportunity to recieved grant money for a limited time."
- "You and 230 people have been selected and you have until the end of the day (Feb 28, 2013) to pay the 3.87 application fee to be eligible for this grant money."
This guy started calling me back in December after filling out a form for gov't grants online. Stopped after the New Year and now has started up again. Trying to sound interested but asking for more information so that I can share with the investigative team I got together.  To the scammer(s): If you are reading this, I will get you! I have friends that are feeling out this form and will be doing the same thing I'm doing. We will get you! your days are numbered! We are bringing justice with us and law enforcements! Don't think that being in another country will save you either! It won't!

I received called the accinet Indian guy he said u have grant money from us finacial resources to complete the form its need 3.01 usd but i am dout i didnt believe him the whole information but hd try to convience me and he gave me customer service no 18005580064 to prove it. I receiceved a call that I applied for a gov grant six months ago. It was recently aproved. The person, a young man with a foreigh accent spoke very fast. the website www.usfianancialresources. com I was told to pay only 3.97 and he will give me a username and password. I wil be able to obtain the grant. While waiting for someon one to take mycc inforamtion, I had no intention of giving. I looked on the website and immediately found it was all a scam. Just as I suspected. Thanks for all the post. I was called from a number Unknow and Restricted.

I have been the victim of other scam recently by sending me inforamtion that my laptop has been locked by the FBI and I will have to pay 200 dollars to the state FBI to have it unlocked.  It was locked because I was selling child ponography. Of course I was not. I finally got it unlocked without paying and had AVG installed an anti virus protection. But even the first number I found on the net for AVG was a scam. Finally found the correct number. What the hell is going on in this world today. Why will some one not find these scammer and ............................Thanks for this sight.

I got a call today from Indian man saying that I was preapproved for a grant and I got excited because I thought it was real but after looking at the site I d and they charged my card 3 dollars in 87 centson't know if I think it might be a scam

i just got a call and they said the same thing,about paying 3.89. i asked for a call back number. 435-294-2396, no answer. guess they keep changing the number. they were also from the far east. maybe these type of people are putting viruses in our water thats giving us flues.   1-25-13

Its me again. Well, Joe just called me back from a destroyed number.  It was the same as yesterday.  I told him that I wasn't going to do this. That I researched them on line and that they are a scam!. He asked me what web site? I told him... yours! He started talking real fast. I said no. Loose my number and not call me anymore. He actually. Started to yell at me in his Indian language.  He then hung up on me. I told him they are a scam! I guess I pissed him off.... ooh well. Saved my money! Have a great day, y'all. :-D
