My wife received a call from a Richard Burman asking for a Mary Burman.  When my wife advised the caller that no Mary Burman resided at our home, he became verbally abusive to her.  I called mid-America and lodged a complaint and was told it would be taken care of.  This was not the first time Richard Burman has called our residence asking for Mary Burman.  Each time this person has been rude and pushy.  We have no worldly clue as to who Mary Burman is, and this company needs to better research its collection actions before picking up the phone to make ill-advised calls.
