Yes just received call from this same lady TWICE today asking for water cooler bill. Glad that I checked the "fax number 866-566-8057" she gave me. IT CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS A SCAM!

Plus she has a very strong accent that makes me think she calls from INDIA!

They now want my company merchant statement saying they are from Chase, and they can reduce my credit card costs down 40%., Gave me a fax number of 888-478-3690 attn: Don Edwards.
Must be their new scam.

They wanted phone bill info from our company.  Teh caller was very rude when I refused.

They called a bunch of times today each time I hung up they would call right back the caller a male told me they he could do this all day and he would put me on the the "list" to call 100 times a day-
What a shame all this wasted energy to scam people.

Total SCAM! they are using the governers name and claiming they are calling from the governers office, we already contacted the attorney generals office, these guys will be shut down before you know it...

My caller's name was Don Edwards  (yes, Don, now Dawn, despite this being a woman).  Said she would wait while I go fax in my bill.  If this is TimberlineSprings they are probably taking this information and using it to try and sell against Poland Springs etc...

Anyway, I'm not doing it.  Thanks very much for everyone's comments!!!

7-30-09 Today she is Jenni Martinez, calling from Gov. Patterson's office. Same fax # same B.S. about water cooler bills. 5 calls from the same person.


Stupid scammers, you got no game.

These people have called us for 3 days at least 10 times demanding to see our water cooler bill.  I do not know who they are but it is all a bit wierd.  I asked them to send thier information first and they refused.

i got the same thing. she kept calling back every 30 min. then 5 min. On the 3rd call she slipped and said her website was timberlinesprings.com and she was not from the governors office.  I told them i wasn't going to send them anything... i bet they call back

I got a call from a "Emily Garcia" with NYC mayor's office.

They are bold face lying to you. I have gotten two calls from them. Both times they have threatened to NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL I SENT THEM MY BILL. Which is technically harassment. (??)

When i asked the first caller for a number to call him back, he did not respond. Red Flag.

By the way the girls name was Adrian Lonly, I mean How lonly can she be right. She also has a Heavey Indian Accent

Yo, This is funny, Lady asking me for the bill. I think they will try to sell me water in the future or something. Truly sounds like a scam. I do not think I would like to send them info. I feel as if they are collection info to sell to a third company. Besides I really do not want all of these bull sales calls. So, if you do not want to have a problem, DONT GIVE INFO.

This is very funny. What are you guys so worried about this issue? I do not see the point in scamming our water cooler bills. I think that there is no harm in doing this because there is nothing to scam on our water bills. Unless they will ask me to fax them my credit card information or details about my Social Security Number. Then that's the time I will think they are scammers. I faxed a copy of our Water Cooler Bill and nothing bad happened to our company.

someone called me named LUCY GARCIA saying that she is from mayor bloombergs office and asking me for my water cooler bill..
and then i asked her why she need my bill and she said for the analization of my water consumption...
and i asked her a follow up question and he becomes skeptical answering my questions...
in other words she doesnt know what she's taking about and when i ask why she cant send me the info first before i send the water cooler bill she just said this "just send to me the bill and i will send you the infos that you need to know...

On Jul. 10th 2009, I just got a phone call from city of new york mayor's office behalf of Go Green Campaign regarding of watercooler bill
this is a sales phone calls from some company do not give out any information of yours

I have received so many calls from these people.  I knew from the first instant that it was a scam.  This is going back in late June.  Who would give you 60% off of your water statement and don't you think we would have received something in the mail or seen it in the newspapers if this was true.  They kept telling me go green then they tell you to go to www.state.ny.us/governor/ go to press releases and May 5.  As listed above it is part of executive order of part 18, but no where does it say for regular companies that we would be getting discounts only state agency facilities.  So where this company timerlinesprings.com which I went on their website and did some research and bingo they have a thing called gogreen.  They are very sneaky.  They keep insisiting when am I going to send my bill over and I keep telling them I'll think about it.  This is an absolute scam, I have heard with this fax no. if you fax something to them they can charge your verizon bill a fee which is one way they could get you or as someone stated above are they fishing for names and no.'s to get business.  NEVER GIVE OUT INFO if you don't know who the person is.  Anyway, I have contacted the Attorney General's office and the person I received a letter from is Andre D. LUGO and he is at 212-416-8300.  Maybe if enough people call him and tell him about this the AG's office will look into this as well as Gov. Peterson's office as stated above.
