they keep calling me as well.  I returned the call and they hung up on me several times.  how ride and annoying.    please make it stop.  I know, unlikely.

I too have been receiving these calls multiple times daily from this same number, yet my phone tells me it's a call from Phoenix, AZ. Clever they are. And yes, I just happened to be looking at real estate online-never gave my cell number anywhere-how do they know??

This company called me tonight and called me by name and said he was going to kick my a**! How can you report them to someone that will do something?

I too have been called way too many times from this number. I am in Hawaii--so the calls are fairly early in the a. m.  Most of the time I miss it--and try to call back and get a recording about mailbox # ----is full can't accept messages.  Only once did I receive a live person and when I said hello--when they answered they hung up....I did leave a message once and told them to please not call me again....no luck

This stupid number calls me several times a day at all hours and never responds when I answer.

Fax them a bunch of pages with nothing but QUIT CALLING surrounded by all black and maybe they will get the message to quit calling.

Also getting calls from this number. Asked about working from home and all that bull. Just hung up, but the continue to call every day around 3. Annoying as hell, and I can't even seem to answer it now. Rings twice and then they hang up.

Received 3 calls in a 4 hour span.  Clam there are calling on behalf of my Visa and MC companies.  Told them I was filing a complaint as I has previously called them on their claim that they were calling for Visa/MC companies.  Theyalso just called as I was writing this remark.  The number was 866-301-9815.  Dumb woman should remember to get serious and keep her mike closed until she stops laughing before she tries her scam.  Oh, I gave her an EARFUL of a police whistle after saying hello and she asked for me.  Hope her ears rings for hours.

i picked up and she asked for me by name. I told her " speaking, may i ask who's calling?". i'm almost positive she said her name was becky and then asked me if i still wanted to work from home. I responded " not as much anymore, i found some work.." CLICK! that was that.

If any one gets a call from that number it is not coming from my former company American Commercial and Residential Appraisal.   I am the Assessor in Clark County. When I was elected I shut my business down and the number re-assigned.  The company that got my number must be bad because I get calls weekly about them.

These people call 5 or 6 times a day... they will not stop calling even though we have requested to be taken off their call list...

I got a call from some raspy voiced woman who hadnt realized i was on the line so i hear her telling some guy about how she got spanked by someone! Then she asks for duggy! Really professional! Then I asked who was calling and she hung up finally realizing she sounded like a freakin idiot! I called them back and left them the same disrespectful voicemail that I got an earful of! Some place near tri-cities in Burbank, Wa. called American Commercial and Residential Appraisal Co. I will be calling the Attorney General and BBB to file complaints! I am disabled and a stay at home mom so I have ALL DAY LONG to make their lives miserable! And I plan on it!

Is there a way to find out how and/or referred my number to these people.  I have a suspiscion and think it has to do with friends using your name and/or your telephone as a reference for them.  If anyone knows how to find this out please submit.  Apparently it must public information to begin with so I don't see where their would be any legal complications.  thank you

This is REALLY CREEPY!  I was on my laptop looking up rental properties.  Literally just opened a web site http://www.mhvillage.com/Mobile-Homes/Search.php?SearchType=Rent and within seconds my cell phone received a call from 866-574-6528.  When I answered, I was greeted with a recording asking me to leave a message (the company did not identify themselves at all.  Coincidence?  Who are these people and how in the world are they able to access my phone number within seconds of opening a real estate web site when I never entered my phone number on the site, never registered, never gave any personal information whatsoever.  This is downright scary!

They are calling me too! Same thing as you are all saying is being experienced. They are also calling from 866-574-6528 and 208-297-2707.

Everyone please do the following:
1. report them to the FTC. It only takes 30 minutes of your time to make the complaint. The FTC will take action IF there are more than ONE person complaining-as they have told me!
2. I reported this to the FBI- go to thier http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx site. only 30 minutes. If you all are sick of thier calls then take action!

We know that they are a scam company, and we are all aware that they are. Problem is that there are other people who gave them money! Let's prevent this by shutting them down!
