they called my uncle claiming they were a law firm after my daughter. my daughter has no legal issues. they were rude to my uncle and refused to stop calling him. i have no idea how they connected him to my daughter since we live in totally different states and have not seen each other in 10 years.

when i called beck industries back, they were mean, rude, hostile, and actually laughed at me.

THEY ARE A SCAM, don't give them any info.

I have received calls from these creeps. First they called my home were I no longer live since 1999. Then they called my recent address and left messages with my finace. I decided to finally called these people. Once I was in contact I felt like it was a scam. Then I decided to pay off the debt. I starting thinking again and stopped payment on the checks. After the checks were stopped the calls stopped. One week prior to the cacellation of the checks the bastards started calling me at work. I realized that I had given them my work number the first time I talked them. So they said that they were going to serve me with papers to go too court on this debt. I went home and talked to my fiance about and he said to pay it. I decided to call them and give them the information to my acct again. Day before they were suppose to take monies out of my acct I heard on the news that people like them could be scamming me. So I woke up the next day and went to do some research on these so called collectors and found that they are scammers. I immediately went to my bank and withdrew every dime that I had in it and placed it elsewhere. I am quite sure that they will be calling me again, but they will not receive anything. If they say that need to get in contact with the creditors don't believe that they did because it takes them to soon to come back with an answer  especially if they have to call the creditors first.What makes this so bad I never received a pay statement from these a** holes.

I was also scammed posting as a law office they are not ,saying I was going to served by the sheriff , the funny thing that this debt is noy even mine its my husbands I nothing to do with his credit in this paticular card the law office is talking about.

they are fake do not I repeat do not give them any information nothing is ture they are out to scare you. To get your money ,be very care full I reported them to BBB any one else in this problem I recommened you do so as well.All have fake names as well like the leo flores that called me .They will keep insisting until thet get you.dont be intimidated

I keep getting calls and letters from Beck Creek looking for someone who doesn't live at my address nor have they ever lived at my address.  I told them I will sue them for harassment, then I blocked their number.  My next step is to file a report with the police and with the BBB.

People, be responsible.  When someone is nice enough to lend you money when you need it, pay them back!  If everyone took care of their resposibilities, I wouldn't have to represent businesses like BCI.  Beck's Creek Industries is a legitimate agency, collecting on legitimate debts.  Don't blame them when I find it necessary to take legal action, blame yourselves for not paying your debts!  If you don't like us, fine... pay your debts and we'll go away.

Seriously, I really believe this is Amy McDonald. If it is, you and Beck Creek  only know how to use scare tactics.  You are desperate individuals looking to make money and do NOT know how to follow the law. Why do you think so many people are taking legal action against you? It's interesting that you can't seem to prove anything with anyone either. What kind of business are you running? How do you feel about yourself knowing you are breaking the law by harrassing people that may not even have a debt? How do you sleep at night? I guess if you can, that answers my question on what kind of person you are. Good luck Amy, because from the looks of it, there are a lot of people taking action against you and your friends at Becks Creek Industries.

By the way Amy, filing suits against people hoping they either settle or ignore the suit so you can win by default doesn't always work. People are getting smarter and smarter and know you have nothing to prove. You refuse to answer people's questions and bully them around. What makes you think you won't have to answer anything in court? Eventually you still have to come to the table and face up to people.

You and your goons seem to write a lot of about people owing debt. I am sorry, but that doesn't excuse you for breaking the law and harrassing people. Calling people's employers or neighbors or threatening the Sherriff are all against the law. Why don't you spend more time getting your paperwork together to actually prove someone owes something then breaking the law and better yet posting on this site. You find that time more useful and maybe get yourself out of trouble.

this number belongs to "Becks Creek Industries"  at 231A S. Lakeview Ave Placentia, CA 92870.  They called me posing as the Law Offices of Amy McDonald (she is also located in CA...Orange County and specializes in DUIs...HHHMMMM????)
They are a collection agency....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They use two separate numbers first they call on their direct Beck Creeks Industry number that begins with a 310 area code, then if you have caller ID, they use the 866-579-3137 that comes up as unidentified.

They keep calling about an old debt of one of my kids, they haven't validated the debt, even though they acknowledged receiving the certified letter.

Well they are stupid if you ask me. Especially by always posting on here. You can always tell when it's one of them. Totally cracks me up.

Bci industies contacted me telling me I had a debt from 1999 from citibank.They said the paperwork had been sent to  the courts and I would have to pay court cost on top of what I owed. While i was on the phone to them they acted like they called the company I supposedly owed this money to.It didnt take a minute for them to get back on the phone to tell me a deal that they made. I gave them info on my account also.I did go get money orders for the amount when I got home I got to thinking about how they took less then a minute to contact the creditors and make a deal. So I thought I would check them out and I found out the same thing as alot of other people.I called my bank and cancelled my account then I contacted the post office  and intercepted the money orders I sent. They Have since called my house telling my husband they were calling me about a job interview.Now the are calling my work asking questions if I"ve ever had my wages attached.These People are out of control and need to be stopped.I am calling the bbb and anyone else that can help.

Really people?  Come on...  The only reason you are even having to deal with any of this is because YOU DON'T PAY your bills.  I was always taught that if you take something and don't pay for it, it's called stealing.  If you have a debt you didn't pay I'd take a long look in the mirror before calling these people crooks.  This totally cracks me up.  A bunch of deadbeats whining and crying because they are getting called out.  I wish there was a website were companies could post all of YOUR names and phone numbers.  I bet you'd have a million excuses when THAT list comes out...

Hey would you be willing to post all of your conversations you have with debtors on here. If you are kind and following the law, then that shouldn't be a problem now should it? Seriously, some of the people you collect from don't even owe the debt. If you were educated and did your research you would know. I find it interesting that you file dozens of lawsuits, but you can't really seem to prove anything. This tells me something. You are only filing to scare people into paying. You are desperate to get paid and you don't care how far you go to do it. That my friend shows what kind of person you are and makes me think I am so much better than you. Hey your day will come. Your problem is "fail" on "reading and comprehension."  None of these (what you call) "Deadbeats and whiners" actually owes any money.  They are being harassed by your company in illegal ways.  The problem is not on this end its on Beck's Creek's end.  Legit debts are collecged by legitimate debt collectors.  Non-legit, fake debts are given to, well, Beck's Creek for collecting-- or attempts at collection.
So there hasn't been a posting in a year or so now, hopefully these crooks were shut down and out of business.  Their former employees are no doubt scrambling for work-- I mean, what are they going to reference?

I HIGHLY recommend anyone that has been harrassed by these uneducated, unprofessional a**holes use the link above and send in a formal complaint to the BBB in that area.  I will take further step and call the DA Office and also the AG office to see what else I can do to protect myself and possibly bring these bastards to justice.

By the way, the owner of the company is Jasen Amrhein...next time someone from this office called you, tell them to transfer the call to that dumbass and curse him out.

Got an automated message asking for my daughter saying "Our company has business and deserves the courtesy of your talking to us" and left this number. My daughter is in college.

Also threantened with sending police.  Debt is not even on my credit.  Cussed out my sister-in-law over the phone (who happens to be an attorney).  Posed as law office.  Will stop at nothing to collect a debt that does not exist.

This company does work with Amy McDonald she is the attorney they used to take me to court however they were cool and made me a great settlement out of court and they did send a marshall to serve me at my work and yes Amy McDonald also does DUI cases in Orange County they are not just posing as a law office they are one
