Have had this same "wonderful" company harass me for over 4 years now! They call more than allowed(which is 3 times a week to a set person, regardless of the phone number), are rude and then threaten the people they are calling(which also is against the law!), and finally, this company will NOT respect letters sent to them after recieving a judgement to stop and decease all calls since the person they are calling is not able to be collected on.
What I highly recommend anyone do with these people. Send them a letter to cease ALL phone contact, list any and all numbers they are using, and CC a letter to your State Attorney General's office! Threatening them back is just as much against the law.
Also, on a further note: if you receive Social Security, Supplemental Security Income(SSI), Social Security Disability(SSD), Vetran's Benefits(VA), just to name a few: these are NOT able to be garnished under federal law! Do NOT let any collection company tell you otherwise!
