these people have no reason for calling my home. i dont owe them anything. they call several times a day. very early in the morning and late at night. i have asked them to stop calling that didnt work i started being rude i think they call more can we do anything aout them?

call me at least 2 times a day for a least 1 year finally called the number back and asked them who they were and who they were calling for.  they identified themselves as FCBS-a collection agency, told them I didn't have any debts they are looking for someone with same first initial as my husband and same last name but totally a different person.  they are extremely rude and deny calling as often as they do, asked to speak to a supervisor to have my number removed and the rude woman hung up on me.  called back the number again and they just answer-"hello" with a bunch of background noise and people laughing.  very unprofessional and i am reporting them to the ftc.

I called the number back and the lady was really rude. When I asked in a professional manner for the supervisor of FCBS Collection Agency, she tightened up and put me right through. I spoke to a supposed supervisor and asked for my number of which they were calling. I gave him my number and he said that he took it out of the system and that if they call in the next day or so to give him a call on his ext. Gave me the number and the ext. Not sure if it worked... Hopefully it does!

Been getting calls from these morons for many weeks now looking for someone I have never even heard of. I guess the DNC list has become obsolete. Thank God for caller ID though. Maybe it's time to cancel phone service and just use the cell. Outside of these goofs, I get few calls anyway.

I have been getting calls on my cell from this number for a few weeks now at different times of the day.  They seem to try the same time of day for several days and then switch the time for a few days.  No matter, I don't answer, but I wish it would stop!

I get calls from them constantly early in the morning telling me I am responsiable to pay my deceased sons bills. I am sick of them calling me. I have no debt with them my son was an adult when he passed. When I answer and act like I am not who they are looking for they leave the same call back number and a name the woman today was Makesha. When you call its a bunch of noise and laughing in the back so I wont be calling back again.

Today: 10-14-08 @ 10:30am / I received a call and multiple times before.. today I was able to answer the call..The guy I spoke w/ said his name was Mr. Riley / Claims Adjuster. They stated I had a collection notice they were going to try and settle today from the company Aquila a utility bill.. for $197 but would settle today for $80.  They knew both of my address's and more information. I advised them that I HAD NO bill's from them. He was fairly rude about it but said he'd mark my act as fraud. I told him thank you. I called Aquila in which they had / have NO record of me what-so-ever. In Fact Aquila does NOT do anything in TEXAS . where I live...SCAM.. wanted my account information thinking I was going to just clear some fake bill and they'd than have my money. HOW VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!! People like this needs to be stopped!!

They called me late last night and very early this morning about a debt from 16 years ago that was my ex-husbands.   Laughter in background and extremely rude people on the phone.   They said that I owed $3,000. but would settle for 25%...I told them that I did not have ANY debts and they should contact my ex-husband...

I get calls from this every week day on my cell phone. I have no debts what-so-ever and they sometimes leave voicemails. This is ridiculous.

This "company" and their employees are absolutley insane! I do not know how they got my number, they will not tell me. They call my house as early as 6am and as late as 1030pm...SCAM. Everyone I have ever talked is rude and unprofessional and refuse to stop.calling....SCAM. They give you no information, but want you in return to give them all of yours...SCAM....They didn't ever leave me a message. Once I finally got the opportunity to answer it was the recording "please call 866-594-8641 and that's it. It hangs up after that. No one in their right mind should have anything to do with these people I also will be filing a complaint. And if that doesn't work I will take a trip.

I get calls from these folks at least twice per month.  They leave messages that say "This is a reminder call.  Please call our offices at 866-594-8641". I don't owe anyone anything, and they are looking for the person who used to have our home phone number "Sean Frazier".  We don't know anyone by that name.  I have called back to the company every time and told them to stop calling, that they have the wrong number.  They continue to call.  I have reported them to the FTC and FCC.  My number is on the Do Not Call Registry.  I recommend that you all report them!

Several phone calls every day of the week. Asking for someone who does not live here. Asked them to stop calling my home. No luck. Who can I report them to?  Thanks.
