called the number and said:
"hi i am receiving calls from this number every day, I am a business owner and do not tolerate solicitation. I am registered on the Do Not Call list, please remove me from your calling list before I report you."
She replied: "ok sir let me make sure the number is correct...***-***-****, is this correct?" i replied yes, then she said
"ok sir it's been added to the remove list please allow 3-4 days for it to be completely removed from our system."

keeps calling my cell and gets to voicemail and doesn't leave a message just silence and then hangs up...very annoying!!!!

I am being called daily from this number. My phone is on the DNC list and is a cell phone.

Every few days this number calls. I have tried saying hello and waiting for the inevitable automated response or delayed pick-up when their system hears my voice, but nothing. I have tried saying nothing and waiting for them to respond, still nothing. Hangs up after a few seconds no matter what I do.

I've been receiving calls from this number ON MY CELL PHONE for months now. They call on average once a day. If it goes to voicemail, they leave no message. If I answer, the line is just dead - no automated system, nothing. If I call the number back, I get a phone company message that says the number "has been disconnected or is no longer in service".
Isn't that illegal?
Today, I heard someone cough before they hung up. There IS someone there, but why are they doing this?

its from tmc com, www.tmccom.com another annoying telemarketer! their phone #is 866-999-1155.Call em and demand to be pit on their do-not-call list
