This is from the Dell Financial Company.  These people will call you 50 times a day!!

I agree this is Dell Financial and they WILL call you 50 times per day!  Even if your bill is not past due!  They wear me out telling me "Your bill is due in 2 days.  Can I take your payment over the phone now?"

866-608-3355........these bastards won't stop calling!!!  i do have an active account...it is current, but i think they are trying to get me to extend my warranty....still don't need to call crap loads of times everyday.

I finally went in and changed the number to a hollywood fake number to get them to stop.  5 days late due to having to replace a transmition in my car so I hold off and it results in about 20 calls a day. This is what I would call harassment.

they call when I answer they hang up account is in husbands name.. If yor a day late, they hound the hell out of you.. We have voice mail they never leave message... We even told them to contact through email or snail mail. They don't give up.. there should be a law against them calling starting at 8 in the morning till 9 at night. I am sick of it/

I get calls from this number all the time now; got a call from this number last night at 8:57 PM. I do have a Dell Account and have been speaking with customer service and collections. Currently, we are in dispute about this account (it's only a month past due). But what gets me is that fact that they had the audacity to call me a 9 at night! Isn't there a law that states that are to stop calling after a certain time or something. If they keep this harassment up, they'll never get another DIME from me!

The law states..
§ 805. Communication in connection with debt collection [15 USC 1692c]

(a) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY. Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt

(1) at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the consumer. In the absence of knowledge of circumstances to the contrary, a debt collector shall assume that the convenient time for communicating with a consumer is after 8 o'clock antimeridian and before 9 o'clock postmeridian, local time at the consumer's location.

They're pushing it!!

I receive a call from Dell Financial several times per day. They got my number by mistake, I do not even have a Dell, nor any business with them. The problem is that this is an automatic machine, and I can not even complain, because they transfer the call to somewhere else and the call drops in 10 seconds.
They number that calls me changes almost every week: 5127283343; 8666083355; 8662066644, but it is always the same @#$% of Dell Financial.
Called them, talked to a representative and they say that they removed my number from their system. I will keep you posted if they continue to annoy me.

I started to get calls from them right after I had to send my system in to get replaced the thing is I do not owe any back payment with them or have I missed any payment with them since I started paying for my system but yet they still will not stop calling me then when I do deal with them they start to say were sorry there is a error on there side they will leave a note for it to stop but it never does it's quite messed up seeing as this is a computer company but yet they can not seem to fix there own computer errors
