Iam a  .. If you all the gym and dad and it's a legitimate debt collector they should be sending you something in the mail to type to collect a debt. Never give anyone any information about your personal business banking financial or anything in reference your identity over the phone. There are way too many scams and XS ability to your personal information over the Internet there's no way to legitimize dispatch phone call to you my suggestion is if you getting you to get annoying phone calls advise them to contact you by mail in writing in reference to a legitimate debt you owe and you respond to it by mail otherwise stop calling and try to get them on a do not call list to stop calling you

Just call the number back and explain that the party they are attempting to call no longer has that number and you would like to be removd from their call list.  Be polite and they will remove your number from the call list.  I have done this for several collection agencies since Comcast issued me m new phone number.  Apparently the person who had the number before me owed a lot of people a lot of money.  If you do not call them back, you will be robo-called forever.  They do not give up !

This number keeps calling asking for my ex husband whom I've been divorced from for 4 years.  I keep telling them not to call me back, but they keep calling.

I have been receiving calls from this company from all three of their numbers. Even when I pick up the phone no one is on the other line. I owe no one anything. All my regular bills are paid in full monthly. I do not have any credit cards but they still call every day and every day I report them to the DO NOT CALL LIST COMPLAINT but it has not done me any good

Simply do not answer the the calls that you do not recognize, in case of employment calls you should ask your supervisor to simply take a number as you are not to receive personal call[unless it is an emergency, and can be verified].Actually employers should not even verify that you work for them.

One of the dumbest responses I have heard.  As a Police Sergeant, I have personally received calls on my desk phone asking for subject "whoever".  Even though my voice mail clearly states, my name, agency, etc, they still leave a message.  If credit applications were full proof (with accurate info collected at the time of credit) with verification of all data, then your "statement" would be correct.  However, I can put whatever number down and whatever address and the creditors treat it as gold.  Personally, if you owe debt, they should be allowed to lean the status of your driver's license until you pay it.

Who is this - 866-611-3411? they call my phone everyday asking for some person i never heard of. it is an automated message saying if ait this is so and so, hit 1. if not hit 2. i hit 2 thinking they will quit calling but they still call.

I received a call from 866-611-3411 and I am annoyed.  I talked with the Fresno police and they said that this number is either a debt collector or a scam artist.  I was advised by the police to change my phone number but I am not sure if the new number will have another set of idiots.

Mr. Lucci was beyond rude, condescending, an uneducated idiot, small minded, insulting, hateful and just a pure S*B.  I am always professional, no matter how rude the client may be, however in this instance I so wanted to go against the grain and tell this weasel what a P***K he was.
I told him, kindly that I screen all of the CEO's calls, as it is part of my duty, my employer doesn't have time to deal with miscellaneous calls.  Mr. Lucci kindly told me and this is verbatim;  "You do realize that all he is doing is using you to screen his calls, that is a very sad job to have."  I almost fell off of my chair.  He then proceeds to ask if Mr. ****** is in and I respond ever so sweetly with, "Mr. Lucci, even if my employer was in, he would not be speaking with you, in fact, you won't be speaking with him ever."  CLICK.
I don't know how these people are allowed to treat individuals so poorly.  I told my boss the story and even he went through the roof.  If Lucci is smart, he won't speak with my boss now or ever.  Signed, the poor woman that is employed to screen calls.....

every time they call they call from a differant number

They call and leave no messages.  No one in my family has debt issues.

They are calling my place of employment.

Simon called today, he was very very rude.  [Said he was calling about a personal business matter.  He is looking for anyone who works with you.  I told him that I couldn't forward a personal call like that and it is best for him to leave a voicemail.  He wasn't satisfied with the answer so I offered to send this email.]  

I called this man, and he was very rude I tryed to talked with him, he had called random extensions in my office, trying to locate me, it is my understanding he had been very rude with the people he was able to talk with.
I have been very ill and out on leave of absence, and because I did not have a checking account, he could not work with me, he also told me he would note the account as a refusal to pay and they would take further actions against me, then he hung-up the phone.  I'm going to seek an attorney..

I get calls from this number ALL the time asking for a Molly Hill, I am sick of them calling. I have had my number over 3 years and they claim pushing two will remove your number but it doesn't! I am sick of all these calls from this number.
