They call several times a day and leave messages for my husband to call them back, when I answer the call they will not talk to me.We do not bank with them nor do we have any loans or credit cards through them .

Another Ally hater here. I had auto payments set up, they worked fine for a few months, then abruptly stopped. The phone calls began, I went online paid it, phone calls continued, i went back online and saw nothing about the payment I had setup just days earlier. Luckily, I wrote down my confirmation #. Called Ally with this, no record of it. Demanded $7 to pay over the phone RIP OFF. I went back online to set up auto payments again, next month, same phone call. No record of me setting up auto payments, we want another $7 to pay via phone. I truly believe this is a scam they are running, to cancel online payments and force you to pay over the phone because if you send a check in the mail, they won't get that either.

They keep calling for someone who I do not know --- I keep telling them this, yet they insist on calling almost every day. Very annoyed.  I pay my bills

It's ally financial.  They really are the true definition of slime and the worst company ever to deal with.  They call and harass you 4 times a day.  The same person will call (clearly from overseas) and ask the same questions over and over.  Never again will I get a loan with them.  I'll pay an extra 1 to 3 % more per loan just to avoid them..

This company calls 4 to 5 times a day and they have said we are late on our truck payment we have never been a day late and it will be paid off in August. about ready to go to the prosecuting attorney and file harassment charges against them.

Horribly rude, awful people to deal with. Ally Bank. Never again.

I was getting these calls everyday.  I would pick up the phone and no one answers.  I finally checked out the number found out it was ally and called them .  As it turns out my wife forgot to pay her car payment.  If I had not called back I would have never known seeing as they never answer when they call.  I think maybe they should get a new phone system.

I too have paid on line only to be harassed by 8 plus calls a day.  I make online payments to be told that they did not receive the payment.  I provide a confirmation number that I received and their answer is that THEIR system does not work with every bank (why they don't have a WARNING and list the banks not covered, I don't know)!  Half of the time THEY hang up when I answer!!   They are borderline harassing and as soon as I have extra $$, I will pay this loan off in full and NEVER bank with them in the future!

this is ally financial. they were gmac until ally bought gmac. i would never bank with ally after this. i pay my car payment on line, they call and say they never got it. i pay again online, they take two payments out of my account and then say they never got it. i have confirmation numbers, etc., they say that doesn't prove anything. they aren't on the line when you pick it up and all you get is a recording when you call them back. sucky business.
