I've had this number call me too.Third party on behalf of Rogers called me after getting a new wireless line on my plan.They ask a couple of questions about if your happy with Rogers services,I said yeah I'm happy and in the end they added 100 bonus anytime minutes for free.So now I'm really happy!

I just received a call from 18666166010 and the person said she was a Bell Canada reprensentaqtive!! I was septic so I called back and was surprised to hear a message from Tele Performance form Rogers.
After readind the preceding comments, I'm in trouble!!

got a call from this number today and they are saying that its Bell TV trying to verify satellite receivers.... after reading these previous entry, something is fishy here.

This number calls my cell 1-2 times a day. I tried calling them back but got their voicemail. They aren't a company I have anything to do with so I hung up.

Seems that every scum bag these days seems to have one of those accents. Most modern cordless phones have a call block option. That's what I did. You'll see a slight flash if you happen to be looling in the direction of the phone when a blocked number calls and they get the sound of C**K! Which I'm sure they're familiar with.

I have got this number 7 days in a row! Dear Lord. I have not picked it up once and I don't have voice mail thankfully, so it doesn't bother me that much. Still annoying that they call though.

I get this number calling multiple times a day. I'm going to call them directly and let them know that I'm reporting them to the cops for harrassment. Since no one on the other end ever speaks as far as I know it's some pervert getting their jollies at my expense. They claim to be "marketing" but after a 100 calls NO ONE has marketed anything to me - therefore, PERVERTS!! Let's see them prove that they aren't!

I just renewed my contract with rogers att and now I think I am regretting it.  I have received phone calls from this number 5 times today and not including the 2 calls during the night.  I just called rogers att and they have no clue what is going on.  They say they don't know who they are and they are not associated with the company.  I have also registered on the do not call list I did it 2 months ago and I am still getting the phone call.  And when I tried the number to file a complaint it says my number is not recognized any suggestionsss???

I guess it's Rogers xyntax error. Contact Rogers or betterstill transfer to another phone service provider.

Like everyone else I am getting calls from this number, there is nothing more irritating than rushing to answer the phone and have on one there, and no one is on the other end.  What is up with that?

i have gud news for u guys,, im with rogers for all my services. and i know this company and some other companies who do marketing for rogers. I have picked up many times from this number and they have always given me pretty much gud deals for my cable, internet and every stuff. Once they even gave me a 20% discount for my whole bill for one full year so that was awesome! and also i just got a free SD PVR for whole life time its worth around $400.
So i would just suggest if u ppl pickup the phone and just talk what are they talking about and if u tell them to remove ur number from the list they would certainly do that trust me.

This is harassment.

This is a marketing company hired by Rogers. They have access to the account holders info.

Whatever you chose to do, the call will siphon more money out of your wallet into Rogers'. They're not calling in order to reduce their revenue stream.

Don't really care what they are offering.  Have asked them to not call me on my cell anymore...that upped it to minimum of 4 calls/day with nobody on the other end.  Have reported them to Rogers and CRTC, if this doesn't work RCMP are my next call to have them charged with harassment.

Where do you come from "Tired of it!!!!!!" (what province?). They've called me only 1 or 2 time everyday since 2 weeks and I already want to kill them. I will probably start some things too (complaint, etc.)

I had a missed call from them, no idea who it is.  Didn't leave a voicemail

I called them and got a recording instructing me to leave a message including our phone number in order to be removed from their calling list within 31 days.  I told them (in my serious lawyer tone of voice) to remove our numbers from their calling list, that I am not willing to wait 31 days for the calls to stop, that they are to cease and desist immediately, and further, that they please be advised that their repeated calls are well within the legal definition of criminal harrassment (which is true).  I hope it works.  I don't have time for this s**t.

We never had any issues like this until AFTER we joined the DNC list.  Fishy.

This has been very annoying!  I called the number A recorded voice came on they said "leave a detailed message with your phone #" and they will remove you from the list in 31 within days. Darn right I'm doing it, but I'm still pissed i have to wait a month for it to kick in.

forgot my cellphone at home today, and when I got back, I had a missed call from this number, timestamped 13:14 (1:14 pm). I looked it up on google and got this page.

This is the first and (so far) only time I got a call from this number, and hopefully because I didn't pick up, they won't try again. However, if it is indeed a telemarketer, this concerns me greatly, because last time I checked, THEY AREN'T ALLOWED TO CALL CELLPHONES.

I'm also on a pay-as-you-go plan, so it would have cost me $0.25/min. I'm tempted to suspect it's actually Rogers, trying to make me use up my minutes so I have to pay them more. (far-fetched, I know, but I really hate Rogers)

I am going to continue calling them the number of times they call me each day until my number is removed.  I have entered my number at the Teleperformance website (about 10 times in a row) as well as adjusted my "marketing permissons" from within my Rogers account.  I have added my number to the NDNCL.  If they continue to call 31 days from today I will simply call them until their voicemail is full, and I'm talking about Mark Fernandes' voicemail.

Keeps calling my cell everyday between 1250 and 1pm

I get this call from 1-3 times per day for almost a month now.  I emailed the rogers ombudsman saying I didn't want these harassing calls anymore.

A senior director from the Rogers presidents office called me back the same day and asked me some details of the calls and the number and said that she too had gotten the calls back in the spring and they thought they had managed to get them stopped.  It is apparently a company out of india and the investigative team at rogers canada is going to be notified again.  She told me not to answer them and if they persist, get worse or change to contact her again.

I receive 2-3 calls per day on my Roger's cell phone from 866-616-6010. When I pick-up the phone, they will always hung up. This has been going on for more than 2 monthes and made me very angry!!!

Whoever make this kind of call should be punished! it is harassment!

I spoke with someone at the "do not call list" number and she said my complaint would be forwarded to the CRTC for investigation. Don't know how much of that I can believe, we'll see.
