Alliance Communication calling on behalf of American Express.  So I called AmEx to check.  It was an offer to upgrade.

No message left. Obviously not important enough.

Call back this number and ask this people not to call again.

This sucker never gives up. Been calling me at least a month. My caller ID says "Alliance iComm". Picked up once tried to yell at anyone from the other side but no voice, silence dead!!! Google it located in Ontario with simple web design.

This number is a AMX Business Card marketing call center. Ligitemate, I believe, but annoying just the same.
