on the national do not call list. just yelled at anothe 800 number for calling me, nw this one is calling, missed the call a second time but will answer when they call bak. this is my minutes they're using up!!!!

Call many times through out the day... day after day, don't leave a voice mail.

I get this call 3-4 times a day, i just hung up the phone with them, they actually answered.  She said it was American Health Services.  I asked to be taken off the list and she said okay and hung up before asking me any information.

*HOW* these people got my number, I have no idea. I always check numbers I don't know that call my phone. Good to know it's a scammy credit card number. I can pick up the phone and rip some faces off next time they call... probably in another 20 minutes or so.

I keep getting calls from this phone number for an Elizabeth Martinez. I have told these people for the last 5 months they have the wrong number.
They are using my cell phone minutes every time they call me! Very annoyed!

I get 2 calls a day. It will be a caucasian male about 24-32 in age making these phone calls to my house daily. He will ask for me and then hang up. What kind of sick game is that? I tried to call back but I get a busy signal. And I didn't have this problem until I made a switch to verizon. I am thinking of leaving that company alone because of security reasons.

I get calls from 866-640-5585 every day some times 4  times a day. and i'm getting  so frustrated. one day my daughter answer the and the guy asked for me he said linda I said who is this then it got queit. he called again and they just keep calling and I look at the caller I'd and now I just
let it ring.

I started getting calls on my cell phone from these after i applied for a payday loan online. After that i received calles from the following numbers: 866-640-5585, 858-228-5551, 801-736-4400, 978-254-2048, 858-228-5586, 978-254-2048.

this number calls my house like 7 times a day no joke i answer and they hang up never leaves a message who the hell are these people and why are they calling me STOP IT!!!!

Same company called me twice on my cell phone but never said anything when I answered.  I finally decided to call them back.  The lady I spoke to said that I was approved for a $2500 credit card and wanted to know if I had a bank account and how long I had been with them.  She said we just need to know the routing number and your bank account to verify your bank.  I told her that I did not feel comfortable doing that over the phone.  She said it was more safe and legit to do it over the phone then thru the computer.  I told her I didn't think I was interested at the time and she continued to argue with me and wanted to know why because they were just trying to help build my credit and that I needed the money.  I asked how this card worked and she said like a credit card and we give you cash advances which they deposit directly into your bank account.  I said well with other cards I have had you get your cash advances by using a pin number at a atm machine.  She said well this is not thru a bank.  I asked then what were they?  They helped build your credit.  Again very suspicious I told her that I wasn't interested and would call back later.  She again became rude and defensive and told me that there were other people on her list waiting to get this money???  I said well maybe you should move on to the next person on your list.  I thanked her for her time and explaining things to me and she stated that she hadn't explained everything but could have already been done if I hadn't asked so many questions.  I told her I was at work and was not interested and did not have the time for this and hung up!  I am so glad now after reading the scams that I did not let her interrogate me into giving her my information!

fraud company saying they have a credit card $2500 for you beware scam company Please beware Scam.  Very rude people i say agin it's a scam

called this morning then this afternoon i answered the second call to a guy that said we tried you this morning because you were approved for a $2500 line of credit. i had already checked the number this morning and saw who they were and what they call about. when i told him i wasnt instread cause i saw they were scamers online he stated "let me guess you checked Ripoff.Com" i said no i just typed in the 800 number to google and an awful lot of information regarding the number came up all saying the same thing. he said rudly were just trying to help you, you have bad credit. i said no s*&t and that my credit was my business not theirs and that i was registered on the do not call list and that they needed to stop calling. then i simply hung up on him. If they werent Scamers then why get so defensive and out right rude? legit companines dont crap on people whos business they are intrested in.

this number has been calling me for months right when i would say something they would hang up sometimes i would pick up not say anything for a couple of minutes and  wait for someone to say something i get nothing then i say hello then they hang up i always call back and always get a machine then one day someone picked up said it was PLATINUM PLUS and started babbling on about something i was so excited about getting someone on the phone and i didnt pay attnetion to what he was saying before he started babbling on and on about whatever i cut him off and told him not to call my number the operator told me he would put me on the nocall list i was very pleased ...so the next day some unknown number calls me i pick up i dont say anything and wait for the person on the line to say something i wait a few seconds and then say hello
guess what! i got a dial tone thanks alot nocall list! so how do i report this and how do i get them to stop

I have received 3 phone calls in 15  minutes.  I called abck two seperate times asking to be taken off their list.  the first time the man was very nice.  the second time i called back the man i spoke with was unbelievable.  he yelled  "you're not listening to me" and eventually hung up on me when i was in the middle of speaking to him.  his suggested if i didn't want to talk to just not answer my phone.  I am close to getting the authorites involved in this nonsense.

I called the number back after FOUR calls today. The gentleman was very nice and explained it was an automated system, asked if I was looking to build credit. I say no, and he immediately took me off of their list.

The multiple phone calls were annoying, but at least the guy was nice.

this number calls about 10 times a day i finally answered and told them whoever it was they were looking for is no longer at this number. It is sooooo frustrating. They always call during dinner and at 9am. UGH!

i say hello and it hangs up. and i called it back its a company so i hung up. I think this happened b/c of giving out phone numbers ova the internet.

I have been getting repeat phone calls multiple times a day from this number. They do not leave message or respond when I answer my phone. It's getting old, trying to figure out if it's important or not.

First call from them today, they say they don't run a credit report to give you the line of credit but they must have a bank account to verify your existence.  I simply told them I don't have nor want a bank account and they asked if I was planning on getting one in the near future and I told them I don't deal with banks.  I don't expect to hear from them again.  This is probably one of those fake loan companies, they'll suck your account dry and then disappear when they've scammed enough people to pay their call center operators and have a few hundred grand left over to go to a non-extradition country

Get this number calling me on my cell phone many times a day everyday.  I have a flip phone.  I slammed it shut to hang up on them and hopefully hurt the persons ears who keeps calling me.  Don't know yet if it's done the trick.  On top of that I'm getting calls from other numbers as well.  Some are from New York, Maryland, and Colorado.   The 866 numbers do not come up with a state they are calling from.

get calls minimum 3 times a day from this number.  rings once, then quits.  refuse to try to call back.  oddly enough i'm also getting calls from 315-207-4761 about the same time.  same thing happens with that number.

OK. Got the same call.  Answered and got nothing but silence.  I called the number back and they asked for my partner and if he lived here.  I told her this was only and emergency contact and a message only phone number for him but only when the messages are expected and authorized.  She snottily asked "Will you give him this number and have him call back." I asked what company she was with and she stated "I'm with Platinum Advantage and he applied for a load and was approved!" Here she is giving me private information about another individual, and I know this is illegal.  Anyhow, my partner gets on the phone and asked the usual questions; what type of account is it, how much of a limit, and APR.  She stated she could not tell him. He said " You're telling me I have a credit account with you and you can't tell me the limit?"  She said, have a nice day and hung up on him.  It's a SCAM
