866-652-3145 is Dell Computer Financial Services. My soon-to-be (I HOPE!) ex-husband opened up one acct in his name and when he ran out of credit on it, opened up a "sub account" using my name and info. I never approved nor signed for this. I never purchased anything from them. I got Dell to send me all the invoices - every shipment was to my husband. After I filed for divorce he called Dell and said he was tired of paying his wife's debt (NOT MY DEBT, NOT MY PURCHASES) andh ad them take his name off the account. Their records clearly show he was the one who opened acct and had paid the bills for 8+ years, never me. But since he removed his name and quit paying, they are harassing me at home and work. I even filed a fraud case. They closed it! Our mediation for divorce is 7/1. I'm hoping the lawyers will help settle because I'll be damned if I'm paying it. He bought the pc's and resold on ebay! Never put any profit he made back into our accts that paid for the hw.

they keep calling all day including sundays and evening,my dad has cancer and has to rest but they wont let him also i need to keep my phone on because of my dads illness.

keeps on calling but not leaving any message in voice mail. i called back and they wouldnt give any information as why they are calling until i give them my information. They just say that their company is name d ENCORE and is a financial institution. Who are these people?

So they called me last night at 8:44 PM... isn't that against the law if they are a collection agency? Left no voice mail, I missed the call because I was working. They call like 5-7 times daily and I am sure more, because other numbers call that I don't pick up also. If I don't know you personally (especially 800 numbers), I don't pick up.

They called me today and I was able to talk to a live person.  They're asking for Lisa Nino.  They said their name is Encore Financial.  What makes me angry is that they're asking for a woman with a phone number ONE digit off from mine.  I give them her CORRECT number and they stop calling for a while but then start up again!  After not being bothered for a few months, I've gotten a call just about every day for a week now.  I finally got angry and threatened legal action.  I doubt that they care.  This crap has been going on for about 5 years now.  They'll call back...asking for Lisa Nino.  I wish this stupid bi*** would pay her bills or change her damn phone number!!!  I've had mine over 28 years and I'm NOT going to change mine!

They call my home phone 4-5 times a day.  I just filed a complaint with the FCC (online).  I doubt it will stop them, but worth a try!

They start at 8:10 AM every day even Sundays.  No one is there. So I quit answering,just silence  the call.  I do have credit with them but my accounts are up to date.  But they have screwed it up by posting to the wrong accounts and want me then to pay late fee for their mistake.  Then  they makes some changes, send me a letter  that it has been taken care of and continue to make the calls for the late fee. I'M  not paying for their mistakes and paying the late fees so I silence the phone. They continue to call up to 10:00 PM at nite. Thought there was a law against calling that late. It continues  on and on.  I have wrote them  about it so there fore I don't see any need to talk to them they get me so mad.  I live on Social Security.  I  will not give them as a reference to any one, they are so money hungry.  Never have I had such a company  calling for money as they do. I intend to get in touch with the credit bureau   and report them.

number calls 6 to 8 times per day. I refuse to answer the number. one week it called 20 times

This company has called me from several different numbers & they call me everyday, every hour , every half hour. I have answered 1 time from each different number & found out I wasn't the person they were looking for & was told my
Name would be removed from their list... And as of today they've called me 5 times already! This is getting ridiculous!

I started getting calls from this number about a week ago. 8+ times a day but they never leave a message. finally it is down to them calling me every half an hour. I called them and they were looking for someone else. so supposedly will take my number off the list ... we will see but that was ridiculous!!!

I received several calls from this for about a week. I finally called and talked to a very nice young lady and found out that I was not the person they were trying to get in contact with and she said she would have my phone number taken off the call list. I will now see if they are up to their word.

Every day, two and three times a day I get a call from this number. Does anyone know how to file harrassment charges?

2:49pm 4JUN2012 got call from 866-652-3145 on my non-published landline that is registered on the FTC 'Do-Not-Call' list. Caller ID displayed 'TOLL FREE'. No voice message left on answering machine. SOP at this house is to let all calls go to answering machine. We can choose to return calls to only those who leave a proper voice message.

Watching TV right now.  My cable service has caller ID that shows up right on the screen.  I don't even have to interrupt my movie.  Yes, it's Allied Interstate.  Amazing how they think persistence will eventually lead to a collection.

I keep getting phones about 3 times a day from the number 866-652.3145 seven days a week.

This caller (866-652-3145) is GE Money (Allied Interstate) debt collectors.
Don't answer, they are looking for money.

Called my cell phone, left no message. Called back, no one identified who it was.

Got a call from this number everyday! Even I text it not to call again, it still called me....
