I received a call today from the above referenced number. Left a message on my answering machine stating he was Dan Fisher and wanted to speak with me today with a 4.25% refinance my home to call him back today as the rate would not last long. The funny thing about this whole thing is I do not own my home I rent. I called the number back and an automated voice can on and told me to leave my phone number and day time or night time to get back to me. I gave them my number and said they were scamming and do not I repeat do not call this number again.

Robo-msg using my First NAME called my land line 2012/02/16, claiming to be Sam Fisher a Federal Housing Administration lender. I can buy at 3.75% (sometimes w/no $ down!) cheaper than I can rent. Call him @ that #... (I have no Caller ID).

I called the number and actually got Jim Fisher on the phone. I informed him he committed several violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by tying up multiple lines at a business and by failing to identify himself and his company in the message. Got his company name by presending to be interested, it's Eminence Financial in VA, and I overheard his sell number while he was talking to someone else: (571) 215-5735. Feel free to call him up and waste his time and phone bill.

I have received 4 missed calls from this number on my cell phone within the past week. When I call back I receive a main switchboard recording asking me to dial a direct extension. Since I don't know who's calling, I dial 0 for an operator, and I am immediately directed to a voice mail. I have left 2 explicit voice mails instructing them to remove me from their call list.

Received this call today at 10:01 am on 2/10/09, as I was at work I rejected the call on my cell. I am on the Do Not Call registry and have been since last year (late last year), I will be filing a complaint with them and with Bank of America (the company he said he was with) and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Call was made from 1-716-656-6940 and I was told in the voice mail to call 1-866-667-9462 x7562 before 4pm central time. Man's name is Bortstack. I suggest you file a complaint with BBB, the company they name (when they do), and with the Do Not Call registry.

Received a call from this number on my work phone this morning at 8am (I wasn't here yet). Left a VERY long voice mail, repeating the number about 10 times. I was waiting to hear the company name but they never said it.
I called the number back and actually spoke to a guy named Sam (I think), and asked him to take me off the list. I grudgingly gave him my number, at his request, and told him that I am on the Do Not Call registry. He said, "I'll have to double check that because we scrub that list," whatever that means. But I did just re-confirm my registry yesterday, it has been over 31 days, so he should NOT be calling me. If I receive another call I will file a complaint.

If you responded within two weeks you could obtain a loan without credit checks and salary verifications. Call was electronic with no identifying information only the phone number.

Automated call to Austin Police Department phone numbers regarding low interest rates, etc. Called back the number given (866-667-4421). Phone answered by "Sam". I politely asked him to remove several phone numbers from his list and he agreed to do so.

Received an unsolicited, anonymous, recorded message on a U.S. government line that claimed to provide special mortgage rates for government employees - basically the same message that everyone else has reported. Calling the number back resulted in receiving another recording asking me to leave my phone number.
