Don't give your personal information they can't contact you by phone until they have sent you a letter, they can't continue to call you if you tell them you are not the person that owes the money.  Also remember that these are the type of people that Bell has decided to give your personal information to, if Bell says that you don't owe money and they claim Bell sold your personal info to them, report Bell to the Privacy Commission.

Bell is lying to you, they told me themselves that they always use this company and that they can't be responsible for the way they behave.  I explained to her that she is putting her customers at risk by providing this company with personal information including SIN Numbers and that according to her privacy rules that they don't sell or give personal information to Third parties and she said well this company isn't a third party they are working for Bell.  The bottom line is they are giving this company personal information that can be used to access your personal credit record and still your identity.  I've provided the information below, they are not registered with the Ministry by the way they are required to so you might want to report them I know I did.

Another reason not to deal with BELL I thought I paid them even sent Bell proof and they are still saying I owe money so I either pay it or have this company harass me. Bell is not a good company and doesn't care about its customer the fact that they connect themselves with scam like this proves that.

You people kill me I guess you have to try and defend your business because everyone knows anyone who works for a collection agency are a bunch of scammers who are uneducated and can't get any other job.  If anyone does own money paid the original person not the collection agency most don't get paid if they don't collect the money so if you pay them directly they get nothing.

Actually, my bills are being paid.  This number says its calling on behalf of bell canada and that i need to call them back.  Just checked and my bill is 100% paid.  I havent even recieved my new bill in the mail yet.

Hello everyone. I have been getting a phone call three times a day from this number. The woman on the phone wanting all of my personal information. I told here I do not give personal info. Srmation over the phone. She said I owed bell money. Never been a bell customer. Went to check credit report no bad bell debt on it. However a company called nordon checked my report. Something fishy going on.if I owe money to bell why isn't the bad debt on report. Be careful to not give scammers personal info.

Just got told by a friend, If you call your cell phone provider or  who ever you have a telephone with you can ask them to block this number from calling you . I cant because my cell phone doesnt have the feature as f yet . At least then if u block them  they wont be able to call you anymore

I received a call today from 5148502771 they left a recorded message saying they are from EOSCN and that this is an urgent message.. The message gave another number to call back.. 18662264301

This is so weird i don't have any outstanding loans besides my mortgage and car..  Watch out for this it seems that the number changes every time they call.

I just got a call from a # 1866-379-8621 and they left a message stating they were EOSCN and that is was important.I did not call back.

they are some kind of collection agency.
I have been letting it go to voice mail everytime in hopes that they will finaly stop if no one is answering .
they are not legitimate and i owe no one any money so why do they have my number and I'm on a voip system I'm not even listed in a regular phone book.
I might call my provider and see if I can get my number changed .
its ridiculous the  constant harrassment . i wonder what a person can do to stop these calls.Can the authorities do anything what country are they calling from they all have accents and can barely speak proper english you can't understand half of them. take the damn mables out of your mouth before you talk to me or get me someone that can speak english or I can talk in  french for that matter .

I've been getting these calls. They keep saying they're calling about my Bell phone line. But when I pressed them for details as to how exactly they represent Bell, they kept saying, "we're not calling on BEHALF of Bell, we're calling with REGARD to Bell. Don't you understand English?!". So I told them we don't have Bell here, we have Bell Aliant anyway. They said they wouldn't tell me what the call was about until I confirmed all my personal details, without them giving so much as a file number or reason for the call. I said I had no outstanding bills with either Bell or Bell Aliant and they said if I continued to be uncooperative they would continue to call me constantly. I said I never give personal info over the phone to someone who calls me and won't give any reason for calling. Then I called Bell and Bell Aliant to report it. They said a) they had NO bill past or present in my name that they were trying to collect on and b) they would never do business with a company that behaved like this and c) absolutely DO NOT give them my personal info: tell them if they have an issue they should put it in writing and mail it to me. And Bell recommended I change my number...

They keep calling for BELL CANADA for something that was never mine to begin with. I received a phone # that had a balance from previous It was all settled with bell 5 years ago and I keep getting these calls.

Simple solution. If this is not a call you are due, or want, use a standard computer, and a gmail account. (easy to use) and use the call phones feature (best in google chrome) with a headset or softphone adapter (like a majicjack without the software loaded) and call them.

Give them the number they are calling, and inform them that you are the owner of the number and the individual they are seeking is no longer the owner.available.

They will stop calling, as it appears they are now quite concerned about compliance.
The number that will appear for them on their display is a 704 U.S. based number.

I had this number call at 7am asking for a person I never heard of I go onto tell them my first name and  she wanted my address I refused to provide it the girl then shouted at me and told me that my services would be shut off lol never told me what company it was regarding make herself to turn out to be a complete fool. So contacted rcmp and had a chat about people that are calling and disrupting us all on the board here and this is what he told me. Sometimes people that work for phone companys. Are stealing peoples most private information. Think about it when you sign up you give them everything sin numbers drivers lisences work contact etc. My best advise is do not give information over the phone ever! request for paper invoice be mailed to the address on file and do a credit check on a yearly base its a free service if mailed. Best advise I can give.BEWARE

Called me about an old Bell phone number that was transferred to another company over six years ago from me when they bought the apartment buildings that I managed.  They actually claimed that they were Bell. At the time of the switch over all outstanding charges were paid off and I specifically asked if my name was off of the phone number and was told that it was.  The phone line was transferred to another line in the apartment complex a building over.  Explained that it was up to me to prove that it was no longer my line or I would be put into collection.  Asked him how it was my problem if they couldn't keep their records straight. He repeated that I would be harassed by collectors and implied that interest charges would accrue.  By now I figured this wasn't Bell Canada.  I mentioned the statute of limitations on debt in Ontario was two years so good luck with their quixotic quest to get me to pay someone elses bill.  "Oh you're going to play it that way."  I said, "Yep." and hung up.

the called me today.  left a recrded message saying they are from EOSCN and are calling regarding Bell Canada....... not sure why as i dont use Bell.  Stupid

Everyday morning and evening some b*****d or bi*** call and leave messages asking me to call back. Why should I waste my time. I have my name in not to call list. I am thinking I should report to RCMP.
