hi, this call charge my credit card too, i was ask to my bank to block this bill but my bank can not did it, i am surrender , please help me

for 4 month i was billed us $39.97 per month by this phone number,and i was request to my bank(bank danamon indonesia) to close my credit card but fail, bank say it my foul and i must unsubcribe my service for 866-671-0630. it fool, i can trace my internet service was i subcribed for us$ 39.97 per month, its freud but my bank don't care, i am dissapointed...my bank is crazy bank..thanks to all. thanks to my bank(bank danamon)
