I received a message stating that they were from CCR & Associates. They claimed that that there was a possibility of me having my liabilities looked at.

This is a fraud investigation department who are associated with a division of attorney's. They really are a true company. I owed $ for a payday loan and they called me 2 months ago and i thought they were a bunch of bulls%$#. Until I really did receive a summons at my job. So just be careful to not hang up on them because the are recording your calls and they will use what you say in court!

I got a call from a lady name Debbie.  She said that she is calling from CCR & Associates.  The call was regarding a complaint that was made of me frauding.  I live in Honolulu, HI.  I never fraud anybody.

CCR & Associates called my Father in Florida stating there was an issue with my social security. I live in Missouri. I called the number that he was given and they told me that this debt was attatched to my social security number and that is why it sounded that way. After explaining to Frank Lewis that the debt was paid in full by CashNet USA taking out more than was owed from my checking account, not once but twice, he said the amount owed was $417.69 and that there was going to be a judgement of $1,800 placed against me!!!  I was devistated.  I called the following day to get the address of the comany and the other information I needed, after being rudely talked to and hung up on the previous day, and was still treated with no respect!! I would honestly think that if they wanted their money that they would be a little less rude!
