These people call me ALL the time at work and on my cell phone. I've tried to return a call to them and it doesn't work. Like someone said before, it has music that sounds like it's cutting out and then you can't talk to anyone. How am I supposed to resolve a debt if I don't even know what it's for?!

Received a call at my work from a Miss Smith. I'm not sure who she is or what she is calling about as I was at lunch and a message was taken and given to me. I've had calls before telling me I need to get an attorney and so on and of course they are foreign people calling and they have American names and telling me to take care of the the matter or all they can do is wish me good luck. I'm not sure about the game they are playing but to date nothing has happened and I haven't had to pay legal fees to anyone. Hope it stays that way.

Cal, you are a bs artist. You work for them. Only reason you are on here and putting that out is to convince people to give into your scam.

This is who is calling:
Accounts Receivable Management
9000 Regency Square Boulevard
Jacksonville, FL 32211
He said his name was Don. He told me in a rude manner that, "I had no intention of paying the debt." Then I asked him why he bothered to call if he had that attitude. He was a jerk.
I told him that I did not care if he was in Florida because I was in Texas and the Texas Fair Debt Collection Practices Act was law. He refused to give me his bond number acting like he did not know what it was. I informed him that he had to have a license and bond number to collect debts in Texas. He starts mouthing in a condescending manner and I just told him to f*** off then saved the number as Debt A** Clown in my phone so I would not answer it again.

On another website, it said this that they use a fake caller ID. It also said that they break all FDCPA. On that website, it also that many people are getting the message of " It is very imperative that I her from you today" in an almost threatning voice. The website very familiar to this one.

I had just activated my phone, not even 5 minutes later I got a call from a gentlemen from this number, sayting that I owe money. Where do they get these people. I listed my phone number in the "no call list" and still this number appears to call me
Jared B. 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
Just call this number back and they will take you off their list.
Kevin 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
Just got a call from this number. Called back, and the agent refused to tell me the company, but told me that I was listed as a reference for some person that I do not know.
So maybe that is why some of you who do not owe any money, are being called.

I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL PHONE AND THE WIERD THING I DONT OWE ANYTHING TO NO ONE ARE YOU SURE THIS IS A COLLECTION COMPANY??????
Mstoto 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
This company has started calling my home on a daily basis, regarding a loan that was settled through a bankruptcy. I refuse to pick up the telephone and talk with them. They are doing this illegally because of the settlement through bankruptcy. If they do not stop then a complaint will be filed with the attorney general, BBB, & the federal agency that takes care of illegal business.

We keep getting an automated call at work from this # asking for one of our employees who does not have access to a phone in the area he works. I am sick of putting someone on hold to anwser these types of calls!!!
Collecton agency: Stop calling us, call him at home!!!
cal 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
they are a collection agency; but they were collecting a valid debt. we all need to just pay our bills, or make arrangments, and we can avoid these calls.
Nia 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
I get a call from this number for someone who doesn't live here. I read the last comment. They must work for the company how do they know they are collecting a valid debt! It's a recession give people a break.

Guy from this agency called place of work asking for an employee here. I informed him that employees are not permitted to take collection calls at the facility. He tried to talk his way around it. When I mentioned that FDCPA allows employers to refuse all calls from collectors, he became incredibly rude, repeating no-no-no-no--ad nauseum, not letting me finish what I was saying, until I loudly said he was being informed that they were not to try to contact any employee at or through the facility.
This person was every bit as rude as the complaints on the net said. They appear to be trying to get people to lose their temper. Also, "FDCPA" really sets them off! When they call again, just say it over and over and over, nothing else. See who loses it.
SMARTER THAN A DEBT COLLECTOR 2011-06-06 21:02:49 Unknown
I got the same nessage - call about business your involved with - They left my full name and when I called back it said to leave a message in their general mail box-
Bottom line is this appears to be a 3rd party collection agency - they probably are buying writeoffs for pennies on the dollar and then try to coerce or trick you into paying them - don't fall for it - check your states statute of limitations and the state where the original debtor was chartered in - in most cases they have almost no information or legal ability to get a judgement against you- what ever you do if you get a notice they have filed in court against you - RESPOND! RESPOND ! RESPOND! If you don't they will get a default judgement against you then cite you to court to have the court order you to divulge your place of employment, bank accounts and assets all so they can garnish your wages or attach your checking account. They depend on you to ignore them.

I am receiving multiple calls each day from this number on my cellular phone. It appears to be a collection agency trying to collect from the previous owner of this phone number. Whenever I try to tell them that I've had this number for six months, they claim that I'm lying and demand to know where "Mark Shumaker" is and even accuse me of being "Mark." Then they ask, if I'm not Mark, what Mark's number is. How am I supposed to know the correct number of the previous holder of my cell number?

to hear from you by the END of the business day today OR I
WILL MAKE A DECISION FOR YOU"
a decision about what??? you didn't even identify yourself
or what company you were calling from. give me a break
