Received a call from the 866-579-5700 number and a long recitation in spanish. There is no listing for this number and calling it back gives a busy signal. I want to know if an international call or prepaid phone card from south america could appear as a toll free number. There is a reason for a me to receive a phone call from South America but I would like to know more about this number before I decide it was really for me.
