They called my job but I think it is a scam .... Never left a message and then called my cell and theft me a message talking about I hope u have a laywer and wishing me the best of luck.

These people keep calling me and saying the exact same thing over and over again--very thick accent (Indian)-states his name is Hank Deboy(sp?) from legal department.  Says serious fraudulent activity attached to my name and social security number.  Must return call the "second I receive the voice mail" or have my "agent" contact them.  If not I will be subjected to serious legal action and they wish me luck and god bless.

I have received dozens of phone calls at my work asking to speak with me.  They are all from a man with a foreign accent stating his name is Albert Smith and is very rude and beligerent. Can hear others in the background as if calling from a call center.  They stated that it has to do with legal department and my social security number.  This has been going on for months now.

This phone number is just one of many that keep trying this scam on me, also see 818-451-4026.  In all cases, they try to get away with not supplying enough information for you to find and ID them.  Mostly, if you ask them who they work for they reply "Legal Department".  When I tell them this is not the name of a company, but a department, they seem confused.  I ask then who writes your paycheck then they seem to stumble because they don't want to reveal that information.  I demanded an address from one caller and had my attorney send him a letter.  It was returned as "no such address".  Obviously, I was not surprised.  For those of you who live in California, you should know that if the funds from an internet loan are deposited in a California Bank, the lender must comply with California law.  Under Calif law it is illegal to even threaten criminal prosecution or arrest for default on payday loans.

continously recieving calls from this person stating i owe them 427.00from a payday load that was deposited into my savings account.had all my personal info threatning me if i did not pay this money now i would be brought up on serious charges and suide.very heavy forein accents,telling me wish me the best of luck if i did not respond to them,they callme threaten me and hang up on me when i question them about their company and this loan.when i tell them i never recieved a payday load they get mad and yell then hang up,further more my bank has notified me that there was never anymoney deposited in any of my accounts from this so called company......BEWARE this company is a scam!!!!!!!Do not feed into there lies.

 Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.

they have athory to do everything those people who think that is call center..its is not call center that is leagal office..
