We get many calls from an 866 or 877 exchange, and usually just block the number. I believe that who ever calls must have several different numbers so they call back.  We simply block whatever numbers they use after the phone stops ringing.

It is an outsourcing company based in mobile alabama that deals with medical billing. No cause for concern, but you should answer because it has to do with your medical insurance. No biggie, and not a malicious company.
