WHEN HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN A PHONE CALL ABOUT GOING TO COURT? OR THREATENED TO GO TO COURT? NEVER!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DEBT COLLECTORS...THEY PURCHASE THE DEBT FROM THE CREDITORS THAT DO NOT WANT TO COLLECT ON IT. THEN THEY USE ALIASES (FAKE NAMES) SO WE DONT KNOW WHO THEY ACTUALLY ARE. THEY USE BULLY TACTICS TO SCARE YOU INTO PAYING. obviously we all legitimately owe the money, but who wants to pay someone that lies, and tries to cheat you out of the money, but even better, more money than you legally owe.

Sean (Shawn/Shaun/whatever) Michael left a msg stating he was going to stop by my place of employment, or home, either on Saturday or Monday between 12 and 5 to serve me with a Notice of Intent. He left this number as a call back number. Looked it up and this site is what I found.
