I chose to NOT answer this one - 1:35 pm Thursday

I'm pretty sure its from where they had a sharpie game set up and another company was entering you to win a free nascar replica car hot wheels kind of thing. I go to the race every year... and that and when I buy tickets are the only things I could think of it stemming from.

No sure if I register my cell number at a Nascar site, but this call comes in once a day. When you answer there is no response. If you let it leave a message they offer Nascar discounts. Not sure if this is a scam or not.

I have received many calls with them hanging up when you pick up the phone. I called 877-696-2722 to have it removed. They said that 866-709-0475 was not their number. After searching the internet and talking to alot of people I found that 866-709-0475 is their number but it is the telemarketing number. It is Nascar players club! If they want your business so badly, then why would they hang up the phone when you answer it? Sounds pretty stupid to me.

Call the number back.  They will answer and tell them to take you off the list. That's the only way you can do it.  I just did and they're out of Richmond, Virginia.  They call every other day and it's a recording.  Hopefully this will work.

i called the # back and it was nascar something ...i told her to take my # off their list...we will see if they continue to harrass me or not!!

Call 877-696-2722 from the phone number you want removed. Ask them to remove the number in question. Give them 24 hours to remove it. Don't call them back in that 24 hour period even if they call you as your name will go back on the list when you call in. To be really safe, I'd even give it a couple of days to be sure. That should do it.

Is there a way you can get these people to quit calling you?

I get the call and let it goto voicemail. Everytime the message is "Hey Guys"

I braved up and called the number that the call came from and asked them to remove me from their call list.  In what seemed like a common response, she said, "sure" and hung up.

This call comes to my son's phone daily.  I'm afraid to return the call to tell them to stop.  It is costing him (and therefore me) minutes.  It's a new phone, and I am certain that he did not give the number out before the calls started.

Caller calling and left a message with another number to call to get discount tickets for Nascar.  I did not answer the phone, but this is the message that was left on my voicemail.

I called and had my name taken off list on 9/16/08, they continue to call and woman hung up on me when I called again today 10/9/08 informing her I was filing with FCC, she said " good-luck with that" click.

here is where you file complaint, have dates and times from your caller ID Ready, mine all seem to be 2-3 days apart at same time exactly every day.
