I get calls from this number several times every day. Since I do not answer any calls that have no name and from an unknown location, I tried to find who is calling on different web sites with no results. This happened before with a different number and found it was a telemarketer calling from the VA area. How can I stop these calls?

It's the national Rifle Association. I am a member so they keep soliciting me. it is a robocall. I just ignore it.

If you just call the # back you'll hear for yourself that it is in fact the national rifle association. Or, answer the phone and say please stop calling. They verified my # and said thank you.

They keep calling the landline  DAILY and leave no message. Where do report these numbers to have them shut down?

This is a slimeball collection agency that uses the initials NRA. They are NOT the pro-gun rights group calling.

This number has been calling me 7 days a week, once and sometimes twice a day for months. We recognize the number so we don't answer anymore, but when we did they just hung up. Some people think these are robot calls to determine when people are home so they can sell that information to other companies for debt collection or sales calls.

Called here, told them not to call again and to take our number off their list. Didn't happen. Have called numorous time after.

I also get calls from this (886-725-2769) number at least 3 times per day. They are very annoying. When I see that number I refuse to answer the call. I too am on the "do not call list" but they call anyway. I am not in any debt, so maybe it is a charity organization calling.

Have caller ID, do not answer.  Looked this number up on internet. Other people have received from this number also. Never leave a message, just call all the time...never give up.

Got calls from this number several times a day, there's never anyone on the other end.  Since the "Do not call" list doesn't seem to work very well, I went out and got a Panasonic phone system that allows you to block any number you want, house is peaceful now...

This number calls when I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  No one says anything when answered.  

They call here continually, do not leave message when answering machine answers call. If we answer the call it hangs up. They are a nuisance caller with no reason to call me. I would certainly like to be taken off their list, as they call everyday between 4-5 pm.

I received a call from this number from Alicia from Locator services looking to serve me with something. Alicia advised she will be contacting my job/HR department to get info on how to properly serve me. Caller left a case number. Called them back 2 year old debt they allege I owe, when I advised I am happy to dispute their claim, Alicia put me on hold and never came back. that was the first call. got another call from her today.

This is the National Rifle A**. My husband was a member but has passed away. They have been notified on many occasions but continue to call. After they call me, I call the number back about twenty times or so. Some toll-free numbers occur additional charges for all return calls. I sure hope this is one of them!

They called this morning. No message. The NSA should know who these people are. They know everything!

This number has been trying to call me for several weeks.  I answered the first time but only silence.  
Don't want these calls and would like them to stop.   They occur at all times night and day.   I have blocked this number.

They called my cell. I did not recognize the number and did not answer. No message left.

I called them back from a blocked phone, and it is the National Rifle Association.  They might have better luck if they would say something like, "hello, this is **** from the National Rifle Association, may I speak to . . .

This number calls me frequently and I never answer.  Until today, a Sunday.  They caught me off guard, as the 866 area code looks like my area code without my glasses on.  They asked to speak with Mr. **** *****, me.  I told them they had the wrong # and the lady said, OK, thank you.  She didn't sound convinced.

They keep calling--no message--nothing.  I quit answering.  I hate hang ups.

we too have been getting calls from this number and like some of the others said they never leave a msg. they hang up after 2-3 rings. And if you do try to pick up and answer you get a very very loud dial tone blaring in your ear. If we are home and see that number  show up on the phone we pick up and then hang up so I don't have to hear that annoying dial tone. It is as if they are mad you don't answer and then are harassing you. Yet they don't talk to you when you do pick up. Maybe it is coming from Washington DC.??????

This number is the political section of the National Rifle Association that uses its memberlist to try to fundraise.  The last time they called, it was to let me know that they needed more backing to prosecute a bill that would take away some of our 2nd Amendment rights ... I already give to them, so I am a bit tired of the nickel and dime stuff.
Ask them to take you off of their list and they are supposed to remove you.

I have been receiving calls from this number for several weeks.  The caller hangs up as soon as we answer.  We are not a residence and I do not understand the continued calling.  By now they should know they are interrupting our business.

Never an answer, just a disconnect.  Unknown caller.
