I thought they said the call was from the IRS, unfortunately I deleted the message too quickly to be sure.  The female voice on the voice mail said to call 866-725-4895 and ask for Justin Honeycut (sp?).

Someone by the name of Joe left a message for an unknown person.  They said their name was Joe and to call them back at this number.  When I called them back they answered the phone "ARS".  When I asked them why they were calling my number they asked if I was the person they had left the message for.  When I told them "no" they said they couldn't give me any information but would take my number off their list.  I suspect it was a creditor looking for someone.

They were looking for someone else and said I was a secondary contact number for them. I have never heard of the person they were looking for. The callers name was Coleen Colin. This was left on my answering machine, I did not return the call.
