Our whole family and neighbors have gotten phone calls from this number. Different names left each time but all proclaiming to be "friends needing to reach a friend."

I just got a call from 702-505-9997 leaving a call back number of 866-749-7276 ext 6006 looking for maria gonzalas. I have been been getting collection calls for her since I got a new phone number nearly a year ago!!! I have had at least 15 different places call looking for her. I always talk to new numbers once or call back and tell them the situation and to stop calling me. Some listen and stop calling, others I have to...well, I am not going to say what I do. Besides changing my number, what can I do? If it makes a difference, it is my cell phone.
