I have been married for 6 years and never have lived with my mother in law but she says they are calling her about a job application i submitted which i have done no such thing. Even if i did i would never leave her number as a contact. They were calling to verify information. Left a name David Godwin.

They say they are a company called Simon Echler and Associates and they are calling about a bad check. They do not call themselves a collection agency they repeatedly call my job and make threats. I called New York states attorney office and they said to inform them that I have filed a complaint against them and if they are a company who has a true complaint then they can send all correspondence through the mail. The girl said her name is Jessica Drea.

I just got a call saying that her name was kimberly watson and she just got some paper fax over to her and told me to give the plantiff a call at 1-866-753-7955 before this goes to court. I don't know who this is and I am trying to find out how they got my number because it is unlisted and unpublish as well. The call came from another number that was unavailable and had a number that was 773-599-0958. do anybody have a clue to who this could be.

Got a call from a Ted Williams whose number was 724-602-4726 on my cell caller ID. Was told to contact 866-753-7955 to try to correct a claim of writing bad checks. Called that number and it was answered as Allstate, nothing else. No one there but was told to leave a message. Any clues?
