Called at 10:27 a PST, no message left.

It's NOT BCSL. Don't give them any information if you pick up. They called me today and I called up BCSL to check and they are not aware of that number at all.

Everytime I get a call from this number it says it is a student loans provider and is looking for Maggie someone (the name is computerized and garbled).
