Call the number back and keep hitting the keys on the phone till it hangs up. I call at least 6 times every time this Bozo calls

I called the number back because it always showed as a missed call. It said something about a customer relations department. I think it's a call center that takes care of surveys for auto companies.

They are contracted by car dealers to provide sales leads for multiple of services...  Check out their website...

Also had some business with a Ford dealer recently (three days ago.) Also called back to the short recording and then it hangs up.

They are contracted by car dealers to bother the hell out of us after you make any kind of contact with a dealership. The caller says they are from the dealership when in fact they work for this call center company. Check out their website.

I demanded to be put on their Do Not Call List. I will also be making BBB, FTC, and FCC complaints now that I know who they are. I really hope everyone else takes the time to do so as well. I never gave eLEAD permission to contact me relentlessly and the dealers are complicit in this harrassment.

I called back and got someone who did not answer the call with the name of a dealership, but only said all calls are recorded, and asked if she could help me. I think she may have said, "Customer Service." I told them about the dead air and no voicemail, etc. and she then identified the Toyota dealership where I bought a car last week, and said they had been attempting to reach me unsuccessfully from this number to see how I liked the car, and if I had any questions. Since she did NOT answer with the name of the dealership, I figure this number must be some kind of a national survey service that car dealers use. She said she'd update my record, so I imagine I won't be getting any further calls.

I have received dozens of calls from this number.  I have never answered, and they have never left a message.  I thought I'd eventually "fall off the list."  Apparently not. There are lots of comments on this forum to call them back and they'll take you off the list...  While that may be effective, it is extremely irritating.  Why in the world do I need to call someone I don't know, who won't leave a message or otherwise identify themselves, and "request" that they stop calling me???  Here's what really sucks: Their methods must be effective.  Why else would they do it?  So there are idiots out there who answer this call and eventually do business with the caller.  Thanks, guys!  We appreciate you perpetuating this annoying practice!  (Idiots...)

I filled out an online quote form at my local Ford dealership's website, and this was a follow-up call from Ford customer service on 6/6/2011.  I told them that I made my purchase at the dealership, and they updated their records.  I haven't received any more calls from this number.

I used the contact form for a local BMW dealership a few weeks ago to rat out a guy I saw smoking in one of their fancy loaner cars. I've been getting calls from this number ever since. 4-5 times per day. So that's the thanks I get?

The number called me and it is a NC motorcycle dealer. Apparently it is some "customer satisfaction" survey group, they answer that all calls are recorded, Don't know why they called but asked to be taken off their list and they said they will.

This number is calling my house.

They have called me cell a couple times. (6:30 pm and 9:00 am)  I answered once and it was dead air.  They did not leave a voice message the other time.

This number will not stop calling,  its everynight and nobody is there.

This Number keep calling, but I never answer. But I'm getting tired of ignoring it. I recently purchased insurance, but I don't know if that is the reason.

So... this number had called my cell twice.  On the final call I decided to call them back.  When I called them it was for a Ford Dealership in my area that I purchased a car from.  I don't think it's a collection number, I just think it's a Research/Survey of service company.  So if you receive a call from these guys, give them a call back... I did and they stopped calling.

I called the number.  It was to my local Ford dealer,  I had made an internet query.  But, both times they called there was no one on the other end.

I get a call from this number every day--twice or three times a day--including weekends. It is most annoying; they never leave a message. Maybe they'll give up after a while since I'll never answer!

Call the number back.  It is because of an internet inquiry to Ford, and is an auto-dialer.  Call them back and they'll clear it for you.

I have received several calls from this number, but no message. I finally called it back and all the recording said was" Thank you for calling, this call may be recorded for quality assurance." Then all it was, was dead air- no person. I hung up. The only I can figure..based on other comments on this site, is that it is from someone connected to Ford. I recently went on to Ford Credit, where I have a loan, and used a link for Intelli Choice to get a rough guess of what my current vehicle is worth. Shortly there after,, I have been barraged with emails from local dealers. Geez, I only wanted to figure out what my possible trade might be worth and now this!! Man!

Its definitely the Ford Dealership, I recently looked at their vehicles online and filled out something to get emails from them. They've called twice a day for a few days...
