This company is so ANNOYING beyond disbelieve. I have been getting calls from this company several times a day for the past 3 months ever since we got our new phone number. They always ask for Timothy. Me and my husband have relentlessly told them they have the wrong number. We've asked for Supervisors, got their ID#'s, and each time they say they are going to take us off their list. Only for the calls to stop for a day or two, and then start up again. Today, again I asked for the supervisor, got the ID#, the guy yelled at me and told me too calm down when I tried to explain the situation once again to be told I'd be taken off the list. I even got the call back number, spoke with a "floor manager", who was extremely rude, and hung up on me. Can you believe it? I don't know what else to do. I am being harassed by a bill collector that I don't owe money too. My credit is fine, and I never get calls from bill collectors, and to think I have to deal with this continued harassment every day to no end. I've even threatened a civil suit for harassment, yet the calls keep coming. Please someone help stop this harassment.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE FCC.  I GET THIS CALL AT LEAST ONCE A DAY ON MY CELL PHONE.  I CALLED THE NUMBER AND ASKED WHAT THE CALL WAS IN REFERENCE TO, AND THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY CALL WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION.  WHEN I ASKED TO BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST , HE TOLD ME I WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!! WHAT!!!  I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NONE WAS AVAILABLE.  CALL THE FCC AND COMPLAIN.  I HEAR THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY.  SINCE I HAVE AN EXCELLANT CREDIT RATING I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE CALLING ME.

My 13 year old daughter has been getting calls from them, 7 today alone.  Called the number and they actually apologized for the calls, said looking for a Janet, he said would remove the number and stop calling and did apologize again for the inconvenience.

I intend to prosecute the originator of calls emanating from this number

When I answer the phone I'm told that all associates are busy and to wait for the next available representative!  How RUDE!  They have some kind of automated dialler, and then I have to wait for the privilege of being bullied by someone trying to reach a person who has never EVER had our phone number?  I've called the FTC and registered a complaint.

They never leave a message. they need to stop calling!

I just got a call from the same number. Apparently, it's a debt collector (Penncro Associates). I told the girl to take my name off the list. Who knows if she will.

I called the number back, told them to stop calling my cell.  The woman seemed to be very helpful, and asked for my digits. I heard her typing something in the computer.  She told that it will take 24 hours to be removed from their system.  I then told her that I have seen that many other people have been getting phone calls even after being "taken off" of their list.  If my number is not removed I *WILL* be registering a complaint with the FTC

These people call me twice a day sometimes with this number and sometimes with 215-876-6750. They always ask for some random person that I do not know. I have asked to be taken off thier listing and I am still getting calls.

I have gotten so tired of this caller they would call and even when my machine answered they would play music and say "hold on"!  I'm telling everyone to CALL THE FTC AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.  I just did and she took down all the information.  IF enough of you do this they can get these people!
The number to call is 1-877-FTC-help   then choose option 2 for "other complaints".  The girl I spoke to was very helpful.
ALSO get on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY she told me that works too and if they still call you then you can call that registry and complain about them too.  Writing comments here only helps others to see their not the only ones getting these calls but we need to ACTUALLY REPORT THEM TO THE FTC to get something done about them!

these people have been calling my 12 year old sons cell phone multiple times each day for the last two weeks. i have taken the calls and tried to explain and to tell them to please stop calling and they say they will and they call again 30 minutes later. Please squash this!

These people call my cell phone 5 times everday looking for some guy that I don't know.  They say that they will take my number out of the system and yet 10 min. later I get another.  They say it takes 24 hours and yet 25 hours I get another call.  Get rid of Pencro!

They have called me every 30 minutes today, 8/12/07, since 10am. It is 8:00pm now. Always someone different on the phone and rude beyond all belief. The company is called Pencro and Associates. They are bad news. Report them as soom as possible.

they kept calling, at least twice a day. When i pick up the phone, noone answered, but once there is a woman asking for brian. I told her she got the wrong number. But call still coming. Noone answer on the other end.
