I got a call from a lady named Carol from American 866-781-0720. I looked on a Complaints website(http://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=american) and saw an American LaW firm and they deal with payday loans. This Carol threatened me on a message that they know I'm on Social Security and they have court paperwork for me to be summoned. Well I have an injury that caused me to get liver disease and diabetes. I did get a payday loan while back and could not pay it back due to me being on a limited income(got a family to support). Well they got something coming. They can kiss my butt and I need to file for bankruptcy for the financial stress that I got into when I got hurt. Also can they threaten me on the phone that I'm going to be taken to court?
