Anyone knows who this is?

A young lady called from 404.298.4864 (Georgia State Govt.) which is very similar to my phone number.  Stated I was receiving a check for the amount of $287 and the courier has been trying to deliver the check.  Provided a 6 digit tracking # and said to expect the check to be delivered. They asked me to call the National Courier Service at 1-866-782-8553. This is bogus!!!!  BEWARE !!!
